Dit elegante hotel ligt midden in het toeristische centrum van Los Cristianos, vlakbij de pittoreske haven en op ongeveer 1 km van het strand en het stadscentrum met talloze winkels en entertainmentgelegenheden die gemakkelijk met de voet en snel met de bus te bereiken zijn.Het hotel is in 2005 gerenoveerd en beschikt in totaal over 280 gastenkamers, verdeeld over 7 verdiepingen. Er is een mooi tuingedeelte en over het complex verdeeld zijn er 6 zwembaden met verschillende vormen. Er is een zonneterras op het dakterras met ligstoelen en parasols. De ruime ontvangsthal heeft panoramische liften en een receptie die 24 uur per dag geopend is met een wisselkantoor, een huurkluisje en informatievoorziening. Tot de verdere faciliteiten behoren lounges, voorzieningen voor conferenties, een fitnessruimte, 2 spagedeelten (een buiten en een binnen), een kapsalon, een eigen discotheek, 3 bars en een van airconditioning voorziene restaurant met hoge kinderstoelen.De kamers zijn op verschillende wijze ingericht, maar hebben allemaal een eigen badkamer met een haardroger en zijn ook voorzien van een telefoon, satelliettelevisie, een minibar (tegen betaling), een huurkluisje en een balkon of een terras.De gasten kunnen de stress achter zich laten in de 2 beschikbare spagedeelten: het Wellness Center Atlantida, een openlucht spa, uniek in het zuiden van Tenerife, met 2 grote zwembaden en een zonneterras met meer dan 200 ligstoelen. Het andere heeft een bubbelbad voor 8 personen en 4 bubbelbadbedden, een massageruimte en een speciale ruimte voor halsmassages. De andere spa, het 'Sparadise', is overdekt en biedt veel natuurlijke therapieën, beautybehandelingen, welzijnsarrangementen en activiteiten als yoga, buikdansen, pilates en een thermaal circuit waar de gasten zich kunnen ontspannen. Er is ook een fitnessruimte.

Just got back from a 10 night stay here. Prior to booking this hotel, I had read the reviews and they were great.. after the first couple of days of our stay I was confused as to why the reviews were so good, so I came back on to check the latest reviews and saw the bad ones - they are accurate! Especially the cat fish one! The rooftop pools were closed for the first couple of days we were there, which we were not made aware of upon check in. The rooftop needs a complete renovation, as someone else mentioned, the floorboards are really tatty and you can feel the whole floor shaking everytime someone walks on the boards. The windows by the rooftop pool need replacing as you can barely see through the bottom of them. The majority of the sunbeds on the rooftop are broken. The lift to the rooftop is also used by the maids and it can take ages to come, the lifts in the main lobby are also useless! The rooms are very basic, air conditioning is rubbish - hardly even cold on the lowest setting, even with the doors shut. The remote control for the TV was rank. The food is basic, we were half board so we swapped our dinner for lunch everyday as we had meals booked in las americas, the kitchen is way too small for the size of the hotel, there aren't enough hot food options and even the 'hot' food options are cold! Used the leisure pool once, the edge of the pool is badly damaged in one place in particular, with metal rods exposed. Annoyed that I didn't take a picture of this however hopefully someone else can! Staff are friendly and there are plenty of sunbeds available all day, but they're the only positives of this hotel. If you're looking for somewhere close for breakfast to escape the hotels dire food, I'd recommend either the Olive Garden Deli or The Vault.

Just returned from 5 days staying at this hotel. This definitely is not 4 star standard more like a 3 at a push. Rooms are very dated, beds are very uncomfortable and are also unclean. The only bonus was that we had a beautiful sea view. We also never struggled to get a sun bed which is a bonus. Food- We saw many good reviews on this, I’m not a picky eater at all but struggled to find something nice to eat, very poor options of food, all cold and nothing to make a meal out of. The food we ate was nice but not 4 star standard. Also was upset to find no cocktails included on the all inclusive. The one thing that put us off the whole holiday was waking up to hundreds of drain worms all over the bathroom floor. The back of the toilet was dirty, and covered in worms/beetles. We were offered another room, which was a lot cleaner and tidier and we did get a bottle of wine and macrons which was a nice touch. Overall, we wouldn’t return again or recommend to anyone. It didn’t ruin our holiday but wish we went somewhere nicer, with better food and cleaner hotel space.

Booked a junior suite and was given a premier studio. Spoke to the Jet2 Rep and reception who told me that there was no difference, the updated studio is apparently the junior suite and they are terrible so beware when booking! The shower didn’t work properly, the noise is so bad you can’t sleep and every time someone flushes the toilet in the surrounding rooms it feels like there is water running down the walls. The food is very basic and repetitive, we ate out everyday. Positives are the pool area but I wouldn’t rate this hotel, so many more with just as good pool areas which are of a higher standard. No more than a 3 star.
