Dit appartementencomplex bevindt zich in het dorp San Eugenio aan de Costa Adeje, ongeveer 600 m van het strand. In de nabije omgeving, ongeveer 50 m van het complex, bevindt zich een halte van het openbaar vervoer en verschillende winkelmogelijkheden. Op 20 m van het complex bevinden zich bars en restaurants. Het vliegveld ligt op ongeveer 15 kilometer afstand.Dit comfortabele appartementencomplex beschikt op 2 etages over 178 appartementen. De uitnodigende ontvangsthal heeft een 24 uur geopende receptie en een lift. Het is mogelijk een auto te huren. Tot de voorzieningen behoren een huurkluis, een wisselkantoor en een minimarkt. Verder biedt het de gasten een café, een bar, een speelkamer en een restaurant. De medische dienst completeert het aanbod.De smaakvol en gezellig ingerichte appartementen hebben alle een gecombineerde woon-/slaapkamer, een aparte slaapkamer, een eigen badkamer/wc en een kitchenette met koelkast. Verder beschikken ze over een telefoon en een huurkluis. Naar wens kunt u gebruik maken van een satelliettelevisie. Verder hebben alle appartementen een balkon of terras.In het buitencomplex bevinden zich een zoetwater- en zoutwaterpool, een pool-/snackbar alsmede ligstoelen en parasols. Verder beschikken de gasten over een zonnestudio Sportliefhebbers kunnen duiken of tafeltennis spelen. Honest Review From Two 20 Year Olds.

An honest review from two 20 year old girls who came here on a girls trip: you cannot complain for the price. The rooms were clean, the food and drink was good and the location was good. The rooms were very basic, no soap or teabags or any little extras you would normally get so definitely bring your own stuff. There was also no hairdryer so we had to pay a €20 deposit for one at reception, bring your own if you have room in your bag! On that note, there was one TV in the lounge bit of our apartment, but you have to pay €10 deposit for the remote! DO NOT BOTHER DOING THIS!!! Only one English speaking channel which was CNBC, BBC didn’t work. Only one charging point in our bedroom, so one of us had to charge our phone in the lounge. Shower was absolutely awful the water pressure was so bad, but we managed. There was also some weird pipe noise throughout our entire stay, we figured it was every time the one above us flushed the toilet, quite annoying but became white noise after a while. Food was actually not even bad, we are really fussy eaters and managed to eat something different every day. Drinks were really good, we got through so many cocktails (only one included in all inclusive, different each day, but if you asked the staff to mix loads of syrups and spirits you could make your own) there was no limit we had loads. the bar staff were so nice, reception staff not so much. Definitely worth paying for one of the frozen cocktails, €7 for the best strawberry daquiri ever. We paid €30 for a taxi from the airport to this hotel, not pre booked just one we found at the airport. We paid about €6-€8 each way to go into Las Americas and the main strip, taxis were really easy to flag down outside the hotel. we managed to get some nice pictures of us on the balcony, just be aware it’s a yellow and green colour but not too bad as sea views behind. overall we really enjoyed ourselves and for the price it was so worth it, would recommend for those who are here to sunbathe and drink, but if you’re looking for a nice romantic luxury stay this is not it.

Just got to this hotel. It’s so run down. The food is awful and so are the drinks. Come up to my one bed apartment to unpack. One draw in the whole apartment and cockroaches running around. I’m terrified and can’t sleep. There’s no where to put your toiletries and there are no doors on any room so the cockroaches have free reign

Absolutely disgraceful and genuinely lost. I'm currently staying in Laguna Park 1 with my two best friends on night 2 of our holiday. Having enjoyed the venue and the staff seemed very helpful and polite they've quickly become rude, dismissive and unhelpful. Between the hours of 20:00 & 04:00 last night someone with room card access has entered our room, accessed the locked safe and taken all of our belongings. My friends and I didn't think this was possible and had full confidence that the allocated storage point for sensitive possessions while on holiday was secure. My friends and I are now forced to beg & Borrow from family or friends back home as it took all the money we had to come here. I'm honestly stunned with how little the hotel manager has discussed with us, he has batted us away at every opportunity and will not take any accountability in the security setup. The response were getting from the management staff is our CCTV doesn't cover your door, and they wont show us any of the footage. Not only is there no CCTV showing who entered our room, there's no answer from the manager when asked about who has a master card that can enter all rooms, if it wasn't the staff then surely the coding on these cards should change frequently enough so a previous tenant can't gain access and how someone managed to get into the locked safe. This honestly feels like this is an internal theft. I will never come back to this hotel and I regret the day we got here, I feel dread at the pit of my stomach knowing I've got 5 more nights of not knowing what ill return to.
