Het club-ressort hotel ligt in het toeristische centrum van Puerto del Carmen en ligt direct aan het strand van Matagorda. Het stadscentrum bereikt u na ca. 3 km. Er is een halte van het openbaar vervoer op ongeveer 200 m afstand van het hotel. In een straal van ongeveer 200 m zijn er omvangrijke mogelijkheden om te winkelen, bars, restaurants en discotheken. De internationale luchthaven ligt op ca. 5 km afstand.Het hotel van de betere middenklasse werd in 1988 gebouwd en in 2004 gerenoveerd. Het heeft 4 verdiepingen met in totaal 343 wooneenheden, waarvan 122 tweepersoonskamers en 221 appartementen. Het gebouw heeft een ontvangsthal met 24-uursreceptie, een hotelkluis, een wisselkantoor, een garderobe, een lift en een café. Voor de gasten zijn er verder diverse winkels, een kapsalon, minimarkt, bar, discotheek, speelkamer en een van airconditioning voorzien à la carte restaurant met niet-rokergedeelte (kinderstoeltjes aanwezig). Bovendien heeft het hotel een conferentieruimte, een openbare internetterminal, een fietsverhuur en een fietsenkelder. Voor de kleine gasten is er een speelplaats en een miniclub. Auto's kunnen op de eigen parkeerplaats van het hotel worden gestald. De wasservice en medische dienst ronden het aanbod af.De comfortabel ingerichte verblijven beschikken over een badkamer met wc, haardroger, telefoon, TV, minibar koelkast, tweepersoonsbed, huurkluis en een balkon of terras. Bovendien beschikken de appartementen over een kitchenette en een extra slaapkamer.De gasten hebben de beschikking over een swimmingpool, een snackbar en een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols.

Fab hotel great spot lovely and very clean, fab view from our balcony and entertainment was really good. Food i can not fault im coeliac...thanks to Renee in the restaurant he offered me my own 4 course menu ( have to order in morning but not a prob for me). Renee was a star regarding food suitable for me, pizza and pasta available also. My other half loved the food...drinks great, cocktails amazin especially jst after water arobics. Loved everyminute and would defo go back.

We have just spent a week at the Sol Lanzarote and what a wonderful time we had. On arrival, the reception staff were extremely courteous and gave us a quick run down of the hotel facilities, directing us to the restaurant that was still serving the evening meal. The room was well appointed as was the bathroom and both were spotlessly clean and kept this way by the housekeeping staff. The choice of foods on offer was excellent and I would imagine even the fussiest of eaters would find something to enjoy and the restaurant staff worked tirelessly to ensure you were catered for. The pool area was clean and inviting although the pool was a bit fresh but I’m sure this would warm up as the season progresses. The cocktails were great and the beach was fantastic. Not the place to go if you want to party but if your looking for a wonderfully relaxing holiday, this is the the one for you.

Amazing Holiday & Good Hotel

Firstly do not be put off by others reviews of this hotel , it's in a very good location , and a very nice hotel . We arrived at 9.30pm at the reception , first impressions very good only 10 mins roughly from airport , hotel looked inviting and clean , on checking in the gentleman behind the reception said to put our luggage in the hold ,and he would check us all in after, and to get food and drinks if we wanted as the restaurant closed at 10pm , how many other hotels would suggest that ? The food was good all 7 nights we were there and on checking in the room it was spotless, and could'nt fault any of the cleaning , the hotel was'nt noisey at all as the bar closed at 11.30pm and everything shut down , as that was one of our concerns before we went with having a 2 year old in our party, we had a good holiday and a great stay , well done to all the staff involved , and we would definatley return
