Beautiful hotel, friendly and welcoming staff, and parakeets flying around, what more could anyone want

Just got back from this amazing hotel after a 12 night stay. The hotel itself is beautiful, definitely the cleanest we have ever stayed at. The staff are the loveliest, hard working and friendly people you could want to meet, nothing is too much trouble and they ALL work so hard to make the guests feel comfortable and welcome. Our standard room was huge, just a few steps from the pool with a side view of the sea from the balcony. Every morning, what looked like a small army of staff cleaned and maintained the pool area, and made sure the plants and trees were tended. The food was much better than any other all inclusive we have had in both variety and quality, with the restaurant staff always welcoming and very hard working. The pool is lovely and my other half went in it every day which is a first for him. Our only niggle, which is not the hotel’s fault is the number of mosquitoes, we were both bitten a number of times as were quite a lot of people. We will be going back later this year (with more mozzie repellent). Would highly recommend this hotel.

I would absolutely recommend this hotel to anybody, the hotel is absolutely gorgeous and clean. All staff was so so friendly, the pool was stunning and always loungers free. 2 minute walk over the road to get to the beach which is soo nice and a shop also 2 minutes away from the hotel which is was handy. This hotel is in the most perfect location. 5-20 minutes walk to all the restaurants, shops and bars. Rooms cleaned thoroughly daily. Fresh towels from the pool side as well as room which was a really nice touch. Only slightly negative of this whole hotel was the food, was a tiny bit bland and everything tasted the same but no way has it put a downer on this hotel it is absolutely amazing. Boyfriend also loved the beer tropical (surprised he didn’t drink them dry lol) overall I am extremely happy with my stay and hopefully be back in the future:)

Stayed here for a week in may ,a good holiday! Some things need to change ,the gate at the back of hotel is locked at 9pm,this is to early should be at least 10pm! u have to walk round to the front! Entertainment room way to small for the amount of people there! Lovely waiters and a lovely waitresses so hard working staff! really Great location !
