Just come back from an AMAZING week at the Gloria Izaro !! Hotel staff EXCEPTIONAL Lovely food, Great rooms, Brilliant Bar !! 2nd stay at this hotel and i highly recommend Looking to book again shortly Thank you everyone for making our holiday perfect!!!!

Fabulous little gem

Fabulous place, staff are so friendly and helpful, I was made to feel at ease having not travelled solo for a few years it can feel daunting for a woman in her late 60s . Apartment was perfect and everything provided if you like to make snacks and breakfast yourself. I had a pool view and my request for a higher floor was acknowledged. Everything about this little gem is just lovely and relaxing. Cleaners never seem to stop making sure everything stays clean. Food I stayed half board being vegetarian there was plenty of choice , and always plentiful. I did eat out on a few occasions as the surrounding area has some great restaurants. The hill everyone talks about was not as daunting as some I’ve encountered in mainland Spain the pavements are a bit uneven therefore just be aware of your footware , though I did it in flip flops a short walk to chica beach the old harbour and the other way for the strip and playa grande beach all easily accessible, taxis are plentiful costing about 4euros to bring you back. I can certainly recommend gloria izario , i hope to return. Thankyou to all the staff who work really hard to provide customer service at its finest. Rested and relaxed i fly home today with memories of a wonderful stay. Thankyou so much.

A Superb Holiday

We arrived early at the hotel around 11.30 a.m. not expecting our room until later, but the receptionist gave us our card key saying our room was ready. We did email ahead asking for a large balcony if possible. Our room was perfect with a large living room and a wonderful large patio with sea view 2 sunbeds, table and 4 chairs and an umbrella. It was so nice and peaceful. Food at the hotel was very good and alot of choice, drinks were good and not pricey. Staff were very attentive. We had a perfect holiday and would definitely return. Thank you
