Het appartementencomplex is rustig gelegen op loopafstand van alle faciliteiten van Puerto del Carmen in een populair gedeelte van het resort. De hoofdstraat is op een paar meter, het resortcentrum en winkels op circa 300 m. Dit aantrekkelijke appartementencomplex is de perfecte plaats voor gasten die op zoek zijn naar een rustige maar centraal gelegen locatie. Het complex telt 115 units en biedt diverse recreatiemogelijkheden en services. De gasten kunnen gebruik maken van een buitenzwembad met een gedeelte voor kinderen, ligstoelen en parasols. Golfliefhebbers treffen de dichtstbijzijnde golfbaan aan op ongeveer 1 km van het complex.

AVOID Food was terrible there was limited choice and for the 3 nights we were there they only had pork as the only meat option (every night) - we were half board and if we went all inclusive we would not have been happy! Hotel was clean but doors were not very secure into room, light coming through and a big gap at bottom Very noisy when music playing we was in the room furthest away and it was deafening We were very pleased we only booked for 3nights in the end. Resort was lovely! And location is perfect but unfortunately the major details like the food was poor

Not a 4* hotel

This should not be classed as a 4* hotel. The food is very poor - lunch and dinner were awful. Food was burnt and staff didn’t care and served it anyway. Anything that came off of the grill was over cooked and practically inedible (the steak in particular). The rooms were OK, cleaned every second day, could be doing with some upgrading. A C in bedroom only, you have to hire the remote but you do get your money back and a/c works well but only in the bedroom. Beds were comfortable. The towels provided in the bathroom are nothing short of a disgrace - thin, stained and ripped - they should be binned and replaced immediately. The pool was absolutely freezing, ventured in once for a very short time, it was like an ice bath. You pay a €1 deposit for a plastic cup which is renewed each drink and you get your money back at the end of your stay. This is a good idea as it stopped lots of empty cups lying around the pool area. Hotel is up a fairly steep hill, an easy walk down to the resort centre and €4 for a taxi back. I wouldn’t return to this hotel on an all inclusive basis given that we had to eat out on a few occasions due to the poor food.

Great hotel clean rooms comfortable beds pillows are a bit hard. Good rainfall shower. Lovely balcony /terraces. €1 deposit for the cups but this stopped empty cups lying around everywhere! Beer is good!! Limited cocktail menu. Food was great freshly cooked meat by a chef for dinner. Fresh eggs at breakfast English sausages. The breakfast porridge was lovely!! Food was always hot! Don’t listen to the complainers. Reception staff were helpful and friendly. Some bar staff can be dismissive but they have a hard job! Lots of groups of adults not very child friendly more suitable for adults. Pool was clean and there were sunbeds available even at midday. Would stay again
