Dit attractieve middenklasse appartementenhotel is rustig gelegen en is slechts ongeveer 150 m van het mooie zandstrand verwijderd. Talrijke winkels en mogelijkheden om u te vermaken bevinden zich in de directe omgeving. Naar het stadscentrum van Playa de los Pocillos is het ongeveer 2 km. Een halte van het openbaar vervoer ligt op slechts ongeveer 500 m van het hotel.Het hotel werd in het jaar 2002 geheel gerenoveerd en heeft 2 verdiepingen met in totaal 242 appartementen. Het biedt zijn gasten een heerlijk 2.000 vierkante meter groot pool- en tuinlandschap, een groot ontvangstgedeelte, een internethoekje (tegen betaling), een verblijfsruimte met tv, een gezellige bar en een restaurant met afgescheiden niet-rokergedeelte. Bovendien kunnen de gasten gebruik maken van de fietsverhuur en is er voor de kinderen een speelplaats en een miniclub.De smaakvol ingerichte appartementen beschikken over een badkamer met haardroger, een gecombineerde woon-/slaapkamer, een extra slaapkamer, telefoon, satelliet/kabeltelevisie en een stereo-installatie. Verder zijn ze voorzien van een kitchenette, minibar/koelkast, huurkluis en een balkon of terras.In het buitengedeelte zijn er voor de hotelgasten 2 zoutwaterpools met kinderbad, een snackbar en een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols. Bovendien wordt er ook boogschieten, beachvolleybal, en tegen betaling tennis, mountainbiken, biljart/snooker en minigolf aangeboden. Het afwisselende animatieprogramma voor groot en klein zorgt voor afwisseling en amusement. Er is een golfbaan op ongeveer 15 km afstand van het hotel.

Lovely stay in Floresta

Myself, Partner and son have just returned from a weeks stay in Floresta 11th May to 18th May and we enjoyed our stay very much my son loved the swimming pools and that they were heated meant they were not to cold. We found our apartment perfect it was right next to the pool and on the ground floor as well it was kept very clean everyday by the lovely cleaning staff and had everything we needed. The entertainment staff were wonderful with the kids my son had such great fun with them during the mini disco and at the mini club, i will however add during the day kids activities the lovely carmen is on her own and on one occasion she had to juggle 15+ children at mini golf which is a-lot for one member of staff to manage on there own us parents helped out as much as we could but really there should be more staff in this area to help. Carmen was wonderful with the kids and made my sons first holiday abroad very memorable. Also a shout out to warren i think his name was for doing the mini disco in the evening with carmen he was mainly the adults entertainer but did the mini disco as well he was great at making my wee man laugh. We did eat in the the restaurant for one night as we were too tired to venture out and had a grumpy wee boy that day sadly it was Mexican night and we struggled to find much to eat so we are glad we were self catering as think we would of struggled otherwise with the food options. The location is really good only a few restaurants around the corner so we got a taxi a few nights into peurto del carmen which was only €6 each way so not bad and well worth it to find some lovely restaurants to eat in. The pool bar was good when looking for some food during the day and there is a great spar right across the road. All in we really enjoyed our stay and would more than happily return again.

7 nights in the great floresta

Just got back from a week in floresta (12-19 may). Was a bit sceptical with it being 3 star and never going all inclusive before but we were wrong. Couldnt fault anything with the hotel, rooms, pools, food and most of all staff. Los pocillos is a bit quiet so some days and nights we walked into PDC which took 30-40 mins but its a lovely walk there and also buses every 10-15 mins charging 7 euro’s for 5 people. Would love to return one day in the future

ANOTHER fab stay at The Floresta . This is our 7th or 8th stay here (have lost count) As usual the staff were all lovely. Apartments were spotless clean as was the rest of the hotel. No need to be up at the crack of dawn for a sunbed always plenty available. The location is ideal. Can’t wait for our next visit.
