Another brilliant holiday.

Been 6 times now only complaint realy was night time entertainment. The management are try there best to improve all-the time. Verry clean hotel and grounds will be coming back in the Sumer good job guys. Big thumbs up.

I was so close to giving this a lesser score due to the service at management level, but other than the bit of a let down by them with our room, location and security and telling us the had no rooms free to move to (which was untrue) the actual holiday was AMAZING!! So here we go.. my usual honest review Good points. The staff in the restaurant and the bar are pool bar are just one in a million, don’t listen to any bad reviews on here. They couldn’t do enough for You and always happy to see you. Fantastic service and a big shout out to Marcus, Juan at the bar sorry I didn’t get chance to say goodbye gents, thanks for looking after us and also to the lovely ladies and gentlemen in the restaurant who were all fanatic in looking after us The food, albeit it not huge in choice is really good. Yes it can be a bit similar day to day but always something for everyone and for a 3* hotel decent quality. The pool area is spotless, and every morning the guys were out at 6am making it clean and tidy for everyone. Sun beds easier enough to get when the hotel is not at capacity. Location is right on the beach and has a lovely walkway all the way to the resorts further down the coast. Not so good points.. Not many really to be fair. It’s a small basic hotel, extremely quiet and not much going on which is what we wanted. Be aware though the restaurant and pool area are not big enough to match the amount of people the hotel can hold. If it’s at full capacity getting sun beds or seats in the restaurant can be an issue Entertainment is very basic but ok, some so poor it’s actually comical Drinks are heavily watered down and everything you would want, generally comes at an additional cost so not really a Full all inc hotel. Don’t accept a ground floor room, you won’t get any sleep due to the constant noise from the insects outside and we had our back door left wide open and the same with our neighbours which wasn’t acceptable at all and no apologies made!! If you want a quiet, lovely located hotel with awesome staff and meet like minded people then you can’t go wrong the the hotel. We loved it!!! Lopesan management, it’s just a shame you couldn’t be honest with the room, especially as you knew it was for a special occasion and this let it down a bit for us. Would we go back… 100% yes!!

Another great stay at Coralliam Beach, we have a room with a side sea view, which was great in the morning. with a good view over the beach. The food and drink on offer was really good. The staff were very cheerful and pleasant and gave a great service. It may be a 3 star hotel but it has 4 star service.
