Op enkele ongeveer 600 meter afstand vindt u het centrum met tal van mogelijkheden om te winkelen, restaurants, bars en discotheken. In de directe omgeving bevindt zich een halte van het openbaar vervoer (ca. 150 meter).Het complex ligt in een tuin en heeft 2 verdiepingen met in totaal 296 kamers. Het hotel heeft een 24-uursreceptie, een minimarkt, een bar, een restaurant, een parkeerplaats en garage. Disgraceful dirty basic hotel

The hotel is so basic and very unclean you are expected to pay for a clean hotel with clean sheets and towels every couple of days not to have to pay extra for cleaning if you want it . Arrived Saturday and apartment not cleaned 6 days into a 7 day holiday. No clean towels nothing to sweep the floors or clean up yourself with. Really badly maintained and reception staff not very nice or helpful.

I was really worried about going to this accommodation as the reviews were pretty negative. But I was so pleased! The apartment was clean, the pool was lovely, cleaning was regular (and smelt gorgeous after), the balcony was a sun -trap, sheets were changed - I really couldn't have been happier. OK, there were a few ants - but not until I introduced fruit into the apartment! Keep everything in the fridge! Plus, I have never seen such small ants! They were TINY!! I was told when I arrived that there was no entertainment and only the pool bar was open. Although I went down to the pool a couple of times (I prefer the beach) I didn't use the bar but they did do food and drinks. There are two supermarkets about 10 mins walk in opposite directions - one at HyperDino in the Villa Commercial (great place!) and the other is a Spar in Las Palmeras (had a lovely breakfast at Soho Palmera). The only downside for me was it was about a 15 min walk to the beach.

The new situation. Please take note of the services offered by OASIS DUNA, starting next March 1st, 2023: RECEPTION From 8 a.m. to midnight (at night there is security service, but no reception service) CLEANING - Only for stays of one week, they will be cleaned and towels and sheets will be changed once a week. Stays of less than 7 days will not have a cleaning service. If requested, there will be a cost of €15 per day (cleaning, change of towels and sheets). RESTORATION & ANIMATION - There will be no bars, no restaurants, no entertainment of any kind, neither for adults nor for children. SWIMMING POOLS - 2 swimming pools for adults and one for children. Solarium with sunbeds and umbrellas. APARTMENTS - 1 and 2 bedroom apartments, the description does not change. Please
