Why Go
Who says it's not possible to have it all on holiday? They've obviously not been to Corralejo – for this immensely enjoyable town comes mightily close. If you know where to look, Fuerteventura holidays can be thrillingly alive at night, too. Beaches both dramatic, serene, action-packed and relaxed are all within easy exploration distance of this well-run resort: in turn, they attract watersports lovers and windsurfers, sunbathers and swimmers, beachcombers and seafood lovers, by day and by night.
Corralejo is a great example of a resort which, while continually having to expand to welcome an increasing influx of travellers, never feels 'swamped' by tourism. Yes, the sleepy fishing village mantle has long gone, but this is still a Canarian town of real charm.
