Not worth the money
We got back from this holiday on the 21st June 2014.
We have stayed here previously and I have to stay standards have slipped.
The food had no variation and was just warm, I even saw people heating up their breakfast in the microwave in the restaurant. Considering this is a 'family' hotel the children's food choice was extremely limited and my little boy lived off chicken nuggets and chips. We ended up eating out most dinnertimes.
The maid service was poor. The maid came in the room every day but all she seemed to do was make the bed and change the towels. The floor was mopped once in 2 weeks. The bathroom around the sink was never wiped down and neither was the bath.
At the price charged I wouldn't stop here again as I feel you can get a lot better for your money!

Not a 4 star
Please don't take any notice of the 4 star status TC give this hotel as on arrival you will be greeted by a 3 star hotel. Every sign in the hotel states its a 3 star but Thomas Cook for some reason choose to put it down as a 4 star!
Food is OK but is the same every day with little or no variation.
If you don't get up at least before 08:00 then you have little chance of getting a sun bed round the pool.
There are two lifts in the hotel which hold at a push 5 people and take forever so be get ready to be standing around allot for them.
Bar staff are hit and miss some are friendly others are rude.
If you arrive in a big group or on a coach checking will take ages!
Rooms are very basic, our sink was broken and wasn't fixed for the duration of our stay.
Location is good but that's about it!

Had a fantastic holiday here, friendly staff , clean hotel, fantastic food. The only down side was not being able to get a sunbed by the pool so went to beach most days which was a stones throw away. We enjoyed it that much we have just rebooked for this year.

Great Value 3star Hotel
Apart from a few surly bar staff and the publc toilets in the Mirlos not being checked enough I could not really fault this hotel. For a three star hotel it is great value. It is in a great location, the food was good , the drinks were good, the rooms overlooking the pool are great, apart from the walls being made of tissue paper. Apart from the outdoor entertainment, which was mostly aimed at families, a big bonus was the indoor entertainment on three nights in the Mirlos. We had The Drifters, Tom Jones and a duet all of which were very good. An idea for the hotel managemant, It would have been great to have a disco to start and finish the night. It was a great atmosphere and then everytrhing suddenly stopped , maybe you don't want to encourage the all inclusive guests to stay in the hotel. We walked acroos to Monroe's to finish the night, a great Karaoke bar one minute away. I wish we had found this hotel when our children were young because the family entertainment was top notch. If you are a young family don't hesitate to go here. We would definitely go back out of the peak season.

Sunny break in Spain
The hotel is lovely and big. Food isn't great but never expect it to be in hotels, that's why we didn't go all inclusive. The lifts are small and slow but nothing to moan about. We had a problem with the balcony door but it was fixed immediately. The Walls are very thin, I woke up a few times after hearing people on the corridor. Palma nova is lovey with plenty of places to eat on the sea front. Disappointed that there wasn't any entertainment bars for family's - you have to stay in the hotel. Luckily magaluff is next door for later hours. Western water park is fun but not many slides (also there is a free bus). Overall I would recommend to a friend.
