Why Go

For years, Magaluf has been welcoming thousands of travellers in search of a reviving week or two under the warm Majorcan sun. Unfairly, at times it's been the but of uninformed criticism about its unbridled nightlife and good-value, no-frills accommodation - but make no mistake, Magaluf's popular for a reason. And, with a recent multi-million pound upgrade of the beach, hotel stock, and public areas this Majorcan resort's looking better than it's done in years.

Holidays in Majorca don't come with any higher recommendations than the thousands of satisfied customers who return every year. All the more reason to come and sample the wonders of this resort which goes all out to give all-comers a memorable, budget-conscious good time.

Yes, it's not particularly authentic, and you'll have to really hunt out the traditional Majorcan restaurant and the original Spanish architecture, but that's not the point (nor is it particularly why so many come year after year) - for this place has a spirit that's infectious and engaging, and for those who seek it, Magaluf has every home comfort needed for a break that's both away from the norm, yet comfortingly familiar at the same time. British food, sports bars and clubs playing your favourite artists make for a home from home that's hard to beat. And, lest you ever forget that you're, in fact, on a sunny island in the Mediterranean, Majorca's remarkable and dramatic landscape lurks just beyond the good value accommodation, and is just waiting to be explored.
