Had a great time
Super hotel. Food excellent when people say food was repetitive I wonder what they eat at home. There was plenty of choice for breakfast, lunch and dinner, not sure about snacks as we were so full. Cooked beautifully and so fresh my compliments to the chefs and we found the staff very pleasant if you took the time to say Ola to them we always got a smile. Room was ok , we had paid the extra for a comfort room, I thought this would of been a superior room but really the only extra was a basket of fruit on arrival, dressing gowns and slippers and an iron and board. I wouldn't bother with this again. We were on 10th floor so had great views. No problem with lifts, drinks were good and entertainment was very good in the day, fell a bit flat at night. On the whole the sun shone all week and 6 of us had a brilliant time and would return again.

Great Location and no KIDS !!!!!!!
Amazing location, had room on 9th floor, Hotel met all my needs quiet room, high floor, double bed. Food just OK, entertainment team worked hard, did not like the self service drinks for all inclusive, snacks were dreadful, but the views made up for all the negatives.

Needs more Staff and to treat Customers as Adults
Hotel was nice and clean, food was lovely. Beautiful views. The down side was the staff round the pool very miserable, no service you had to get all drinks yourself and dispose of your plastic glasses yourself, I go on holiday to be served on a little I was not in self catering!!!! There was no entertainment, music even though it said a Disco every night?? Everything stopped at midnight and although we did not have a drink was told by security to go to bed at 12.30. The snacks on the afternoon could not be eaten on the tables outside in the shade, apparently we could not be trusted with a plate!! So to call this Hotel an adult Hotel Is a bit of a joke. One other thing the swimming pool was too deep, everyone was stood in a small area because of this, and then to say you couldn't use inflatables. My view is they want adults to clean up after themselves to make it easy for the few staff they have,

fabulous getaway holiday
We booked this holiday as a last minute getaway and were pleasently surprised by the hotel We primarily booked this hotel because it was an adults only and despite previous reviews in which people compared it with an old folks home we found that there was a good mix of ages during our stay.We thought that it was not quiet a 4 star but more of a 3 star + The food was of a decent quality with plenty of options to choose from ,we had no problems in getting served with drinks and they too were of a decent quality The rooms were clean and comfortable and we were lucky enough to have one on the 10th floor which offered magnificent views of the bay Whilst the resort was quiet it was only a short walk to magaluf downbank but we chose to take a taxi back because of the hilly location which only cost about 4-5 euros we would definately return to this hotel

We booked our holiday last minute and chose the Sentido cala vinas due to its peaceful location and position overlooking the sea. The hotel was lovely, but the view from the bedroom and balcony was stunning. We slept with curtain open and watched the sunrise, the cruise ships leaving Palma and the planes coming into Palma airport. So peaceful.
The hotel was only 10 minutes walk from Magaluf for shops, bars and restaurants and a 5 euro taxi ride home.
The entertainment was fairly standard and possibly not what some sould expect from a 4 star but the entertainment team tried hard and it was the last week of the season.
Food varied and plentiful. staff friendly and helpful, never had to que long for drinks at the bar.
A few more umbrellas around the pool would have been useful and may have stopped the towels on the loungers at the side of the few umbrellas by 8 o clock each morning even though there was no one on the loungers until after breakfast.
Will certainly go back again but would choose early or late season..

We returned to the Sentido Cala Vinas this year for 2 weeks after being there about same time last year.
Again we had a wonderful relaxing holiday. The Entertainment team was great catering for all ages which a lot of us took part in the games that meant you broke the ice with a lot of different nationality's which normally you would n't do.
The food was variable so you could try lots of things for myself being fussy there was only 1 meal in the 2 weeks where I had trouble in selecting a meal which I just op for salad which was not a problem.
I have nothing bad to say about this Hotel or holiday we had a mixed age group some of which were Saga & thought they were better off than some folk as they have their own little Lounge.
I endorse this holiday & would recommend it to mature people as you have to go into Magaluf for lively entertainment if you are 50 + this is a relaxing holiday where you don't need to leave the Hotel. Brilliant.

Lovely holiday. would return
Me and my mum (age 29 and 66) loved our holiday at sentido cala vinas. I would recomend this holiday for ether older couples or groups, mother and daughters etc. The location is fantastic, food was good, drinks good and over all had a great time. Ok so most of the people there are of retirement age as the hotel is used bye saga. We had fantastic weather and you get all day sun here, also its ideal that you can swim in the sea right from the hotel. Go snorkeling and swim in the sea here. Its great. Dont go here if you want to be loud and rowdy, book somewhere else maby in magaluf or palma nova. The entertainment stops at 11 so you get a good nights sleep. we just wanted to chill out, but there is things like darts, pool, tennis etc if you want to do them. There is also a boat trip from the hotel too. There is not much in the local area. Small beach and a few shops. However buses run regularly into magaluf, palma nova and palma city. (make sure you go to palma city to see the cathedral and the castle, lovely sight seeing). OK this is a 4 star spanish all inclusive, dont expect the ritz! You will get a nice room, and nice food and drink here and a good time in the sun. Thomas cook reps were very good. Make sure you go to the welcome meeting. Have a good time and make sure you swim in the lovely sea!
