Het hotel is ideaal gelegen in het centrum van Manhattan, dicht bij de attracties in New York City. Worst hotel ever.

Paid $870 for 2 nights. And it's not worth even one bit. My colleagues stayed at Grayson and Doubletree for $300 per night and those were more like business hotels. This is a very shabby , badly maintained dirty hotel. Breakfast was a joke. Do not waste your money here. I am going to go back and ask my Travel Desk to remove this hotel altogether so that no one else from my company have to stay here.

Security deposit never refunded

I stayed here between 7-11th March 2023. Upon checkin I paid a security deposit, which I was told would be refunded after the stay. I left the room perfectly and as what was left. However 7 weeks later I still haven’t received my refund. I contacted the hotel with no response. I therefore made a compliant and was assured the money would be refunded as the system “was not perfect” and didn’t release my security deposit. However after multiple emails sent again I have been given fake promises. After customer service is terrible as no one cares after the fact you leave. Don’t visit this hotel.

Perfect for the price and location

This hotel is perfectly acceptable. It offers clean and comfortable rooms, competent and friendly staff, a very desirable location, and a good price. The rooms are small, which is typical for NYC unless you are paying big bucks. It is not a “destination hotel” with luxurious rooms and amenities. It is a comfortable hotel to sleep and bathe in while you enjoy all the city has to offer. My room was as quiet as can be for NYC. If you aren’t on a high floor at at $500+/night hotel, you can expect to hear sirens, trucks, and people — you are in NYC! The negative reviews here are probably from first-time visitors who don’t know what to expect in the city or thought they would get champagne on a beer budget. If you are a tourist, stay here and spend your vacation money on a show, fine dining, and seeing all the sights! I stayed 1 night for a business event. I’d stay again next time I have a meeting in Chelsea.
