Started with check in. After a delayed flight and a 7 pm arrival we were told our room was not ready but would we like an upgrade? I said not if I was going to be charged additional money. Then I was told that I could have a room with 2 beds even though I booked a king room. After I caused a bit of a "scene", I was told that the manager was able to release a hold on a king room and it was ready now and it was an upgrade to what I had booked which it was not. Now onto the so called resort fee which I still haven't figured out what that is for because you don't get any amenities in this place - no microwave, no fridge, you can't even use a lounger at the pool without paying an extra $50/$60 a day - oh and then there's the coffee....you do get a Keurig machine but no k-cups unless of course you count the "coffee kit" that is on the minibar for a "small" fee. So again - what does the resort fee cover? The shower is a horrible design and water ends up all over the floor; there aren't near enough plug inside throughout the room; the carpet is filthy; I could go on and on but I've wasted enough of my time and yours and I think you get the idea

I have stayed at hotels from $500 to $89 a night and had way better experiences. Not worth the price point. Images and description deceptive. Hurrahs was recommended by a friend who stayed there when it USED to be part of her timeshare network. HMM Check in line out the door, $60 for early check in. The girl who was NOT managing the line was 1 eg of dishonest staff. She told guest Hurrahs no longer allowed guest to go to front desk staff unless they had issues at the machine. Many witnessed her sending people to the front desk staff directly. When she redirected people to the VIP room to offload from the line people were confused because she just said wait here in the lobby. Guest were cursing and frustrated checking in and checking out. The elevators and the floors were disgusting and had stuff like wet clothing, drinks and spillage. The room bathroom sink counter had a GREEN line all the way across and I had to tilex the shower 3 times because it had hair STUCK in the corners. Let's talk about the rude disrespectful bartender at The Lounge where you need to wait for him to stop flirting with the girl at the bar, read the instructions to make her drink and make the drink before he can answer a question like "Ecuse me, Do you serve wings?" And you can stand in front of him he is ignoring you as if you are not there while asking him. The urge to smack that jerk (that is my nice adjective)was real. Made up our minds to only sleep there, couldn't get a refund, but spent every possible sec as far from that hotel as possible.

WE GOT A RAW SEWERAGE DEAL!!!!!!!

The room stink like sewerage for 2 day of my stay before I had to demand to 2 more rooms. It took 5 hours before I had to make a third trip to the front desk from the 17th floor rm 17057&17055 for someone to finally change rooms when I was told there were none available at 2pm. Robin which is the manger on duty would not even talked to me. The housekeeping supervisor and the maintenance supervisor came to the room and recommended we needed to be placed in 2 more room due to health hazards 5 hours later we finally got the rooms. I came down and asked for a refund for Thursday night because we were not able to leave due to someone supposed to come by and checked the room. The RESORT OFFERED 50$ off of food WTF NEVER AGAIN!!!!!
