Very poor compared to other houses we have rented this is house was a disappointment

We have been in the rented house for two days have not been able to use the pool because of its poor condition there are missing slats on the window going to the patio and there are very few bath towels

Not habitable - Villa Albatross

Villa Albatross in Amalfi Coast had two broken bathrooms and mold throughout the house. The owner was not willing to do anything to clean it. The third party management company, SMAAC, said they could only call the owner. There is no private pool at this location and they don’t provide the most basic toiletries. This place is not habitable

Villas are beautiful and well-maintained but the Encore management is terrible! We had one issue after another that did not get resolved until we were leaving. • You need a QR code to get in and out of the gates. The QR code delivery system was not working when we arrived and as a result we waited a long time to be let in the resort for the first two days we were there. No matter how we tried to resolve this, we wasted precious time just trying to get back to our villa. The guard shack did not operate with any semblance of urgency and didn’t give a rip that we sat outside of the gate for 5 minutes each time we came back. DO NOT leave the front desk without this being definitively resolved!!! • Fins restaurant is overpriced and not very good. I would pass on this option as there are a lot of meal delivery options and lots of great restaurants in the surrounding area. • Although the villas are great, do NOT count on them to fix anything once you check-in. Basically they get your money and then you become a non-priority. Our coffee maker was not working and we let them know immediately. They said they would get a new one to us but that didn’t happen until a second call to guest services and it took two days. Unacceptable The actual accommodations are beautiful. However the way they handle guest issues is unfortunate because it taints the entire experience.
