Located on a long, strip of coastline which runs from the popular resort of Kusadasi as far as the National Park, the hotel is in an area surrounded by summer houses and close to Davutlar, a market and thermal water town. Situated between Bodrum and Izmir Airport, both are within approximately 100km from the hotel. Local transport passes infront of the hotel on a regular basis with links to Kusadasi and the surrounding small towns.

Please don't waste your hard earned money
Please don't book this hotel, spend your money elsewhere! 5 members of our family spent a 7 day holiday here in July 2022, and spent a lot of money, expecting 4-5 star standards, but we certainly didn't receive this. We booked via Jet2 all inclusive holidays. The food quality and choice was appalling, and very poor for the children. The Jet 2 marketing literature advertises several restaurant choices when in fact there is only 1 buffet restaurant, because the other 2 are very small, no real atmosphere, and the hotel serves the buffet restaurant food in the other 2 restaurants, so no choice. You also need to book at least 24 hours in advance for the Italian & Greek, but don't expect Italian or Greek food, and if you book them more than once, you then have to pay a premium on top of your all inclusive costs to go again, not that we wanted to! Its really quite shocking. There are lots of staff in the buffet restaurant, but none of them seem to know what they are doing, and they are no managed or co-ordinated. The hotel promo video mentions a beach front BBQ restaurant, but this doesn't really exist, and was closed for the entire season, and only open for VIP guests e.g. the owner, but not paying guests. Interesting that someone has left a Trip Advisor review on the BBQ restaurant, when it wasn't actually open this season. The reception staff are unfriendly and arrogant. There is no exchange bureau, as advertised. We booked 2 Deluxe Sea View rooms, but to be honest, they are no better than a 2 star budget hotel. Air conditioning is rubbish. Transfer to the hotel from Izmir is 2 hours so get used to the long journey after your flight. We raised all of this with the Jet2 rep covering the hotel, who seemed powerless to do anything, but agreed that the hotel needed serious improvements, so we repeated our complaint to Jet2 formally when we got home, but they simply weren't listening and made it very difficult for us to progress our complaint. An honest review, please don't waste your time and hard earned money booking this hotel.
Don’t go! I would question the positive reviews.
We stayed at this hotel in August 2022. We had to make numerous complaints when we where at the hotel and finally today got a reply from Jet2 today! The good reviews are questionable as they praise one of the restaurants that wasn’t even open! We booked two delux rooms with sea view. Definitely not delux, more premier inn. Choice of food was poor and you had to queue for your drinks to accompany your evening meal, this was after queuing for your food! if you didn’t get to the buffet restaurant ( the other restaurants just transferred food from this restaurant to their restaurants) when it opened you couldn’t get a table. It was like finding a subbed when there aren’t enough! And guess what…we set the alarm early every day to put the beach towels on the sunbeds or you couldnt get a place! I could go on but Jet2 aren’t interested and just want to say the reviews are good…..like I said reviews aren’t always correct. This is a honest review! The photo is of one of the stray cats who managed to get a table.
Not the experience we expected.
I booked this hotel for myself, daughter and 4 year old granddaughter, a deluxe room ,thinking it would be. So very disappointed. I certainly didn’t rate this as a 5* and the room wasn’t deluxe. It was classed as deluxe because it had the child’s room attached. Everything was basic, more like a Premier Inn, with shower and hand gel for toiletries. I had read some of the negative reviews but decided to judge for myself. The facilities were limited even though the hotel wasn’t due to close until November 1st. There was no ice cream availability until we complained and this was only reopened during the last days of our holiday. We were given a meals time ticket which informed us that the evening meal was from 7.30pm. We later found that this was incorrect and was in fact from 7pm. No wonder there wasn’t much choice for us initially. We complained about the air conditioning in the room 3 times to be finally informed that it had been adjusted to winter mode and set at 20 degrees! Finally a man from reception went up to our room with my daughter and explained that we could leave the balcony door open with the mosquito net on to keep us cool! Pity this wasn’t explained to us at the beginning. We naturally complained to our travel agent and to Jet 2 providing them with our extensive complaints. During the last few days, staff were removing sun beds and the lighting for the kids disco and we felt as if they couldn’t be rid of us soon enough. Another family who was there from Germany, were also going to complain to their agent on their return home. On a positive, Gurol, who seemed to be a manager in the restaurant looked after us very well after giving him a daily 200 lira tip. He went out of his way for us, particularly my granddaughter. We were so looking forward to the holiday, but it was honestly the worst I’ve ever had. The only person to enjoy was the child.
