Dit hotel ligt ongeveer 8 km van Kusadasi en biedt de gasten eens per dag een gratis shuttleservice naar de stad (enkele reis). Not the best
We went for one week, food was ok, alot of variety but mostly cold. Our triple room wasnt great, not the best decor old furniture not the cleanest, but comfortable Beds modern bathroom but wasn't cleaned during our stay. Entertainment n sports activities was good, my son made lots of friends. The hotel itself is built into the hillside so there are lots of steps from the bungalow to get to the main building. Got very tiring, certainly worked up an appetite We got used to steps eventually and learned where and what time the shuttle buggies would come which helped us get to the beach etc The ala cartes weren't the best- Turkish was awful. Italian was fair. My main concern was when my son had a pool accident and cut/injured his foot. The only people that initially helped were the friends he made who got him to the doctor's room. Nurse/doc eventually saw to him tried to slow the bleeding and then I was asked to get his go get his passport which I had to run to the bungalow n back. We were transferred to a nearby hospital who had links with the hotel. I had provided proof I had travel insurance both at the hotel and at the hospital via an email on my phone. As I wasn't prepared for this incident I hadnt got the exact documents they needed. I felt pressured into finding the information immediately with all the worry of my son's well being and being worried about my dghtr age 11 back at the hotel alone. I told the staff they needed to give me time to make an insurance claim and I had filled all of there forms. I asked them the total cost /invoice but they wouldn't tell me. The mannerism wasn't the best, they are abrupt when it comes to wanting money. I eventually found the policy document on an email showing I had an excess -they demanded I needed to pay the excess immediately still unable to tell me the total cost of treatment. I didn't have money/cards with me under the circumstances that we rushed to the hospital. I got back to hotel and the nurse was standing there with a note asking for pymt as soon as I got out of the taxi. Told her my money is in my room. We got back to the room after getting my dghtr only to receive a phone call from reception saying doc is coming to room to check boys foot which confused me as we had just come from hospital. Nurse arrived who couldnt speak English used Google translate to demand pymt. Asked her for receipt/invoice as i didn't just want to hand cash over. She said she didn't understand and rang someone on her phone I think hospital doc for me to speak to. I asked them if I was going to get chance to speak to Insurance company before I made a payment but he got angry and said no you need to pay now! So I asked him where is receipt /invoice and he said nurse will give it. He told me to pay the amount of excess in pounds but I only had euros - he said euros is ok but refused to give me any change or take less. I did get a small peice of paper stating amount paid n signed but it wasn't a proper invoice which states what treated my son had. I have realised the hospital and hotel tried to avoid going thru insurance but at same time tried to get the max Money from me using my insurance excess. Till this day I have not made an insurance claim nor have I had an invoice from the hospital stating total cost of treatment. I only have the receipt stating I paid the excess. These people seem like a scammers to me. Turks will do what they can to get the max Money out of you. They won't even tell you what things cost but seem to make up prices. They feel the need to lie to you to visit your room. This isn't how it is in UK. When an accident happens we deal with the trauma n medical emergency and then any insurance etc it's dealt within the coming weeks if not months. We do not run away but we follow the procedures. Sorry to say I won't be visiting this hotel again and I will be more assertive with abrupt/rude people.
Family holiday
Family holiday absolutely fantastic the food scenery things to do the entertainment is another level to fun and games so much fun, staff brilliant rooms and apartments fantastic rooms Lenny of room around 3 pools it was so good recommend to anyone couples families you will not be disappointed get booking as amazing views bud ride to the town will definitely be returning very inclusive and helpful and the spa is amazing also one of the best holidays
Filthy rooms, food cold
We were put in one of their 'bungalows' which basically was a shack with a bed in it. Floor was filthy. Our grandson crawled on the floor and was covered in dirt. Food was always cold. Booked through Jet2 and they didn't want to know at all and would not help us. False advertising claiming its great for families. As my husband put it, ideal for mountain goats as there were so many steps, which was not mentioned. We are at present complaining to Jet 2
