Excellent hotel. Great location. Extremely clean. Delicious food. Good size room. Tremendous shower. Unfortunately there are new staff since our visit last year and they are definitely not up to the standard of there predecessors. Although most waiters/bar staff are friendly and attentive they just didn't have a genuine approach. Alican in the lobby bar was especially rude and unwelcoming...he was busy on his phone and totally ignored the fact there were people waiting to be served. I returned to the Spa and as always was a terrific experience. All staff are lovely and work great as a team. Prices are very reasonable. Seda was welcoming and helpful. She is lovely and works very hard. The gentleman who owns the jacket shop was a bit of a pest! He kept coming up to us and whispered that he would take us to his other shop but we weren't interested and he became annoying. Jimmy's boat experience was very disappointing compared to last year. Too many passengers for the size of the boat. The boat was smaller than last year and was a definite health & safety risk! Screws coming up from below, no appropriate railings between you and the sea! Patio chairs sliding on the deck - with one falling overboard. The food however was delicious and the staff on board were hardworking and friendly. The entertainment staff were friendly and definitely not pushy. Evening entertainment was not as advertised. All in all another great holiday, only let down by certain bar staff! We would definitely have booked for next year but unfortunately the prices have increased by almost 40%.

This was the 2nd year to visit Crystal Green Bay. Hotel immaculately clean throughout. New staff this year, most of whom were friendly. Bar staff not so friendly and not appearing as if they were there to do a job and serve paying guests in a pleasant manner. Alican in lobby bar especially unfriendly and it felt that to order a drink was putting him out. He never once smiled or spoke in a welcoming manner. Last year the bar staff were exceptional and really made us feel welcome but this year was the complete opposite. Seda and all staff in Spa area were outstanding. Jimmy's boat trip this year really disappointing - boat far too small for the number of people on it verging on dangerously unsafe. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but could have been better with friendlier bar staff.

The hotel was amazing and the staff outstanding there on hand for any for any queries and questions very helpful and exceptional manners I couldn’t fault anything at all would definitely stay at this hotel again x
