We really enjoyed our 2 week stay at this hotel, the staff are all amazing, the place was constantly being cleaned and the animation team were brilliant. We also found the food overall to be the best all inclusive we've had. Our only concern was although our room was cleaned daily our sheets were not changed at all even though I did ask for them to be. Apart from that would definitely recommend this hotel.

First impressions of the Hotel lobby and reception staff was welcoming. Stayed in B block on 3rd floor. 2 Adults and 2 teenagers. We were given a family club room and it was a bedroom with 2 single beds and the tv in the room and another bedroom with a double bed. Air conditioning unit didn't work in the lads room and after telling reception an engineer came that night and said that it would be fixed the next day. 14 days later it still wasn't fixed. The telephone didn't work, (no biggy). Bedding changed after 8 days after I went to guest relations to mention. Floor mopped maybe 2-3 times in 14 days. Had to hunt for fresh towels and toilet rolls from the cleaning trolley as non was left on a regular basis. Mirror in the bathroom was never cleaned, even though the cleaner had been in the room and emptied the bins. Only had water replaced after day 9. Mini fridge was not refilled. Food was ok, a bit repetitive, luke warm at times. The hottest fresh food was outside and freshly cooked, limited choice though. They did good salads. Not enough fresh fruit. It was pot luck if you were asked if you wanted a drink at meal times. There were staff working in the restaurant that seemed to be working hard, not enough staff for the amount of people. Also looked like managers milling around not mucking in when needed just stood around talking. Plenty of sunbeds and umbrellas (a lot broken) around the main pool and considering it was early in the season it was busy. I wouldn't like to be here in July/August it would feel very cramped. Music a bit samey and at times very loud. Pool water cold. Alcoholic Drinks were not strong at all. Bar closed at 23.00pm prompt with no chance to purchase drinks after those times as all bars was shut with lights off and door locked. This hotel has the potential to be good, but seems the need for better management and for them to be present and seen. No care and attention taken and it shows. Towels and bedding left on stairwells and cups and glasses just left on a window sill for 5 days. Our saving grace, was the weather was great, and a half decent meal in The terrace restaurant which you are allowed one visit per stay. I would not return to this hotel and it certainly is not a 4 star hotel.

Pleasantly surprised

Never visited this area of turkey before but was pleasantly surprised after reading some reviews. Arrived late at night to a warm welcome, JJ took the cases to our room (F24) which was huge, king-size bed , lounge area with chair and sofa, tv in bedroom and lounge, nice bathroom but bit baffled by window in the shower thats looks into bedroom! Spent a week here and can honestly say that I have never been to such a friendly hotel - all the staff say hello to you and make you feel welcome, our housekeeper was lovely and kept our room nice and clean. Food was good, plenty of choice at each meal time and availability was good. Cakes were lovely too. Drinks were good also, cocktails were very nice and red wine very palatable. Coffee machine dispensed nice coffeee too, didnt try tea as i only like Yorkshire so take my own t-bags. Pool areas clean and seemed enough beds/brollies for all. Pool towels available from the spa. Entertainment is not our thing but thought what the team did was very good. They tried to get people involved in games etc. The only downside was some english guests who think it is acceptable to stubb out cigarettes on the floor next to their sunbed and leave nub ends there as well as their rubbish - is it really to hard to use the ashtray/bin located under the umbrella table?? Would we go again - YES
