Amazing hotel I would definitely come again! The room is lovely tea coffee facilities a fridge good WiFi throughout the hotel.always can get a sunbed as it's not too busy here.there is a bar side pool with darts and a pool table.food is delicious good choice.defintly recommended the Turkish spa bath there its the best I have ever had made you feel so welcome and it did just the job the man there is so good at massages..therapist name is brad pitt defintly recommended this man.the staff go above and beyond.i will be coming back here again!

Saved a life

Stayed Club Villa 21st Sept - 4th October and what a holiday it was. Firstly we stayed in room 324 which was very clean and spacious large balcony overlooking the pool. Food was ok what you expect from all inclusive always something you could put together. Our 4th day was one of the the most terrifying as my husband had a massive heart attack and was rushed to hospital in Mugla for stent implant. From this point on the whole staff were very intentive and kept me informed at all times from the hospital calls and ensuring everything was ok. They went so far as to let my family who were staying in another hotel stay on all inclusive basis free of charge so they could be there for me and my husband. I really cannot thank this hotel enough for all their help and i am truly grateful they helped save my husbands life.

Not the best, but not the worst

Area is good, lots of pubs, clubs, restaurants and shops around. however, the hotel itself isnt the best. Got given a room which was tiny, could barely move and had half a balcony, which we shared with the room next door, was not good for privacy at all, friends we met out there did change rooms so that is an option. Food was good in my eyes, was a bit wary because of the reviews, but i ate something everyday so cant complain, was a little repetitive, but i find it always is with all inclusive anyways. Only downfall was breakfast, turkey sausage, turkey eggs, wasnt the nicest, but across the road opposite the hotel theres a cheap supermarket, so wasnt the end of the world. i went on the 3rd October, for a week, so it was out of season and there wasnt any evening entertainment. throughout the day, everyday, Simba (who was absolutely amazing may i add) did killer pool, water polo and darts which was good. Slide was small, and got boring after the 3rd day and the pool was decent, not the biggest, but it was okay, however, around the pool it is slippery, so if you have children, be careful. drinks from the bar were just out the bottle and poured into a small cup, smallest cup ive ever had during an all inclusive stay, but they were okay. however, the all inclusive bar closes at 11pm, so after that, you have to pay for your own drinks, which i find is ridiculous. worst part about it is that i had no wifi in my room, had to go down to lobby, or by the poolside, and i was on the 2nd floor, asked the receptionist about this, and her reply was "no wifi in rooms" however, friends we met out there had wifi in their rooms, and some were on the second floor, and some on the first. overall, the hotel is very small, and out dated, and does need some work, definetly not 4 star.
