A hotel that was almost tolerable with two people named Mrs.Mira and Mr. Bülent I do not recommend the hotel to anyone.

This hotel was more like a nursing home and is not recommended for singles Most of the employees are not very friendly and do their duty reluctantly except of Mrs. Mira , the good feeling of the hotel was all because of her and Mr. Bülent and Mr. Hassan in the water park These of guys really are respectable and i really thankful The meal time was very limited and when we were sitting and eating breakfast, she came and said that breakfast time is over and you should leave here. Breakfast was repeated almost every day and you could choose where and what is with your eyes closed,And there was nothing to eat in the hotel for many hours At night, most of the lights were off and we had to find our way with the light of our cellphone In general, the employees were not selected based on their expertise and did not really know how to provide proper service to hotel guests Not only will I never choose this hotel again, but I will not recommend it to anyone And finally, I would like to thank Ms. Mira once again for her professional and friendly behavior with hotel guests and for creating memorable moments for us.

Bad hospitality & Unfriendly Behavior & Rude staffs!!!

Avoid this hotel. 1- Weak or even bad hospitality; 2- Unfriendly and rude staffs; 3- They are very confused in providing rooms to guests; 4- Food (lunch and dinner) was not as I expected; it was different from the advertising photos; 5- I was not allowed to use Türk Hamamı ; 6- The restaurant staff, very unhelpful, never offered us any drinks, was just walking round with miserable faces!!! 7- The Gym space was too warm because Ventilation system was out of service; in that situation staff forced me to wear my T-shirt; that was very hard to workout!

Hi, I would like to say that I have stayed here with my wife for for 7 days .It is indeed an amazing place . Big big shout out to Imrah (blue bar bartender ) ,best bartender ever . Also Bulent from main restaurant .Big big thank you to Zeynep (animator) one of the most energic and pleasant people you have hired there guys ,seriously , ...hope to see you all again.....very soon. The reason I haven't given 5 stars is because of multiple reasons below : -every night and I mean every night rubbish was being collected for longer than 1 hour and the noise was unbearable -we booked a room with land view and balcony ,but the land view was actually some barracks and what for me looked like pieces of old iron rusted , leftovers from building materials which they used in the past , also garden rubbish left over there just like that. Beach bar was obviously a blessing and all the bartender's which worked there were amazing . Food is plentiful and in a big variety ..you won't get bored ,drinks also good but local brands , still good mojito's up in the blue bar . Rooms are spotless with mini fridge /bar refilled every day . Clean clean clean everywhere else besides my view from the room . Also I was a bit disappointed that in the secondary pool the bar was there but no bartender to offer a nice cocktail ..instead there was only a beer tap and coffee machine which you had to operate yourself. Also somebody needs to keep and eye out for kids swimming in this pool as I understood it was advertised adults only . Not a lot of activities to do throughout the day but I reckon that's because I have went there mid may . Overall I would definitely come back again next year but not in may ,maybe June July . Thank you all for the lovely time offered .
