My eldest son and I decided on a last minute holiday on a budget but still expected the hotel to be as advertised by Love Holidays. However the facilities were not as advertised and the condition of the hotel was extremely poor. It was clearly evident that extensive work was needed to be carried out on the hotel to bring it anywhere close to be a 4-star standard. I felt sorry for some of the staff members who clearly tried to make holidaymakers have a memorable holiday but unfortunately it will be the most memorable for all the wrong reasons. Upon my return I sent a letter of complaint to Love Holidays and apart from acknowledgment of the complaint I received no further correspondence which is truly shocking. My advice would be to select another hotel and not to use Love Holidays if you want an enjoyable holiday experience.

Awful shocking hotel. Love holidays aren’t any better when I tried to Complain. Wouldn’t never go there again. Dirty unkept un clean. Most things broken and not fixed. Air con not working no kettle Good shocking cold and un cooked

Really don’t know where to start. Hotel is ideally situated not far from the beach and popular bars. That is probably the only good think about it. I know they have struggled through covid. But most of the issues could be fixed by a good clean and tidy up. They had the staff to do it but they could be found skiving on the phones. I probably wouldn’t say it was absolutely filthy but by no means is it clean. I think we had one of the better rooms so we were lucky. On arrival we were taken to our room it looked ok. porter opened the nets for us to see the pool there was hand prints all over the glass. when i Put the suitcase on the floor i could see how dusty the floor was around the skirting. By the bed i could see something had been spilt so don’t even think the room has been moped before our arrival. The whole fortnight our sink or toilet hadn’t been cleaned. I roughly make the bed in the morning But it was never touched or changed. we were lucky if we had a bath and a hand towel every day it was usually just bath. In the second day i drew a line in the dust on a fire extinguisher and it was there when we left. The pool and the grounds were not very clean either. I am always concerned if the areas you can see are dirty what are the areas you can’t see like. ( kitchens) As for food you had soup and 4 choices of main course. Salad wasn’t very fresh and neither was the fruit. As the restaurant opened the food was cold and i mean cold. Everyone used the microwave. So in my opinion there are two ways of getting ill with the food not sitting at the correct temp or not being warmed up properly. The staff in the restaurant worked harder than anyone and they where very polite. But the cloths they wiped the tables with stunk so then did the tables. We never got a smile of the bar manager and bar staff struggled to give one most of the time. Glasses were dirty As was the bar area. We try to holiday about 3 times a year we love turkey and the people. We don’t always pay loads or go to big hotels but have always had better than this hotel. I have worked in the hotel industry and know it’s not easy. But the cleaners in this hotel had it easy. One would mop with one hand in his pocket. I could go on. It’s such a shame because this hotel has good potential if management sorted the staff out and themselves. GIVE IT A GOOD CLEAN AND TIDY UP
