Hotel staff doesn't speak English... mostly only Russian language. There are two guys trying to sell SPA procedures or leather products. Every time you pass them, they will ask same question - when will you buy??? Ruslan - one of them, he is pretending to be very nice just to make you buy anything. Ruslan will tell you have to pay for SPA procedures very first day of your arrival. Just before you go to town and find out better prices.... And then if you tell Ruslan that you are not buying anything from him he will get angry and irritated... Internet is ok only at reception.

Very disappointed. The bathroom stank. The cleaning in the rooms left much to be desired. Water slides operated at certain hours. Bartenders make different cocktails, even if you ask for one specific one. Please send the bartenders to cocktail training!!! The food was edible. The only beautiful thing was the view of another hotel's courtyard (Belpinar). Do not recommend! Very bad

Very good price-quality ratio. Super good service, especially in the restaurant - the restaurant chef Anil is providing excellent service and all the staff are really helpful and polite. Good location - near the sea, the village is cute, not far away from Kemer, easy to get to Kemer by bus. Clean, Standard plus room was with super big balcony and overall beautiful.
