Excellent stay at a lovely hotel

I stayed at Pine House for 12 days in September, 2022. I was with my mom, this trip was her birthday present, and so I am very grateful to Pine House Hotel because they made this trip totally worth it and enjoyable. Every single person who works here is great: friendly, helpful, polite and caring. We felt cared for at every moment. Reception staff, room service, restaurant workers, entertainment staff all worked really hard to make our stay excellent. Food is delicious, and there was plenty of it. Rooms are moderate in size, but have all the necessities and cleaned daily (our room was impeccable every time). The beach is nearby -- takes about 4 minutes on foot (if walking fast) or 7-10 (if slow which was the case with my mom who has some trouble walking). The beach is very nice, and the sea is warm and lovely. If your feet are sensitive, then I would recommend buying water shoes, because pebbles are an acquired taste. We also went to the hotel's hamam -- once for the package deal (the bath + face mask + massage + relaxation), which was excellent, and I also won a test massage at bingo (the best entertainment in the world). Emin - the massage therapist at the hamam -- is great, I highly recommend trying his services. He definitely knows his stuff. Immediately located all of my problem areas that my massage therapist at home is regularly working on. His schedule can be full, so scheduling something early on at the start of your vacation is a great idea. Firuza who also works at the hamam is very friendly and helpful and give you lots of good advice concerning the stay and all kinds of local knowledge. The village of Camyva is located about 7 km from Kemer, can be easily reached by bus, but since we were here for the beach vacation, we didn't go anywhere further than some local souvenir shops and the post office. It was a great trip, and I will definitely do my best to stay here again.

Lovely relaxing holiday

Stayed at Pine House for 10days, staff are friendly, hard working and always seem happy even working extremely long days in the heat. Rooms cleaned daily, towels changed daily if required. Also a good idea offering a towel service to use by the pool. Food was average always something to eat. Good selection of hot and cold beverages and alcohol. Overall a really good experience, definitely recommend. We had a nice relaxing well needed break.

It was perfect holiday with my family (my wife and my daughters). Foods and meals were perfect and delicious, all employees and workers were friendly and courteous. Hotel is so clean, specially families with children should prefer. Sea and pool were so nice as well as. I gave out 5 over 5
