Lovely hotel with everything you could expect from an all inclusive. Very quiet as it is still slightly pre season. Entertainment are lovely, very helpful and keen for people to enjoy themselves. Recommend!

Better entertainment wouldn't go a miss.

The hotel itself was absolutely lovely, the food was amazing and there was always a wide range of drinks to try. The receptionist were really helpful. However, if you are to book an excursion do not book through the reps at the hotel as they charge double than what they do at the little shop down the road. Also, we found the entertainment team were good during the day although a bit of variety with the activities would of been better as it was the same thing everyday. Following this, the entertainment at night was none-existent for adults, i gather that we were there out of season, however, there were many people in the hotel we had to tell the team we were going down the road one evening for Karaoke for them to put something on, which only lasted an hour. Most night we were in bed by 21:30 as there was nothing going on, the only nights it was later was when we had gone into Kemer in the evening. The entertainment team at night, either play card games with you so you lose and have to go to the bar to get them a drink or they sit next to you playing on their phone looking miserable. The hotel had an after 23:30 bar which did not open once, although it was stated on the booking that it would be. Finally, one of the bar staff were looking at our party inappropriately to which her boyfriend asked for this not to happen, as he sat back down the bar tender came over the table and squared up to our friend. This made us uncomfortable we complained there and then to reception who referred us to customer relations the next morning, however they did not understand what we were saying. I do not want to put people off going to this hotel as apart from the above which are only minor things but information you would like to know before booking the hotel was absolutely lovely. The cleaners were top notch and even came back to your room later in the day to clean if you had your 'do not disturb' on in the morning as they come round very early.
