Wij verheugen ons u als gast te mogen verwelkomen.Side Star Elegance werd in 1987 geopend. Het was de eerste 5 sterren hotel in Side. De bezetting van ons hotel heeft een vaste waarde in de toeristische sector. De score tevredenheid wordt verzorgd door het professioneel opgeleide en vriendelijke team en een goede kwaliteit van de dienstverlening.De service wordt constant verbeterd door zich aan te passen aan veranderingen na grondige analyses.Kwaliteits managements systeem: systeem, hygiëne, voedsel en veiligheidsmaatregelen zijn vervangen door ISO 2200 certificaten.De sensibiliteit ten opzichte van het milieu in Side Star Elegance is bewezen door het verkrijgen van prijzen als de ‘Blauwe Vlag' ‘witte ster' (Blijvend efficiënt milieu programma)

Best personal on the 3rd day they knew what we drink an dident even ask it is easier for them and for us. They have a big sortiment off food and every single one of them is like its got cooked by a chef cook.

Not 100% disabled friendly! All staff fantastic, other than guest relations manager!

Mixed emotions/experiences about this hotel. Some great positives, but a few negatives. Very clean. Beautiful gardens. Great Food. Bar staff /Housekeeping staff exemplary. Guest Relations Manager is unethical - and will lie about actions taken to resolve issues - shes the only person who guests have an issue with.

Brilliant hotel!! Second visit!

The hotel is great! Our second visit. In May, temperature is manageable (high 20’s) we love the food, the layout and the quiet atmosphere. Night time entertainment is limited, but we are early birds so this didn’t bother us! We love that we can walk at night into Side old town….a little annoying to be stopped every few mins trying to be enticed into bars/restaurants. Very clean! Staff friendly. Pool water is cold at this time of year….few people went in! This hotel is perfect if you want…..a bit of sun, friendly service, fantastic food, and a bit of a rest!! If you enjoy activities, go and see Moses on the sea front for great trips!! Rafting was amazing with views out of this world!! We will go back for a 3rd visit!! Love it here :)
