Wonderful resort however with a little more thought could be even better

The hotel is beautiful, with plenty of areas you can sit and relax inside the hotel. The cleaning team do a fantastic job to keep the huge hotel clean. I would suggest you have a wonder around lobby and ground floor, just so you know where everything is, on your first day. The staff are very friendly and helpful but most do not speak English. The food is varied, plentiful and delicious. However if you are visiting during the holiday season be prepared to wait for a table. The restaurant is a good size but not big enough, if the hotel is anywhere near full capacity. If you have a nut allergy then it’s very difficult to know which food to avoid, especially the dessert. The check in form does ask about allergies but what is the point when no precautions are taken. As the hotel staff do not speak English I had to Google how to say , I am allergic to nuts, which food can I eat, even then majority of the chefs looked confused. The outside area is lovely , the pool is big but again if at full capacity there wouldn’t be enough loungers. The green area is well kept. The beach is five minutes walk and a pebble beach, so very painful to walk on, which is such a shame . However slightly further up from the sea there is sand. The hotel has its own designated space with loungers, a mini outdoor restaurant and drinks bar. Hotel could have better security, we did have an incident but unfortunately security where unable to do anything as the security cameras where too far to see anything. The hotel also needs to put together a leaflet of what there is to see /do close by. We only found out about an area of ancient ruins when we drove back to the airport. So to summarise, lovely clean resort, friendly staff but just needs a little more thought to bring it up to an even higher standard and make it safe for guests with nut allergies.

My wife and I just had a wonderfull stay for the 5. time at this hotel. The room was big and was kept very clean under our stay. The wiev from the 7. floor to the river was amazing. Food was really good. Have to mention the exellent service from the bartenders - especially Hüseyin. He did a great job serving and was wery fortcoming/listening/helpfull at all time. Other barmen doing a great job : Bünyamin, Mustafa, Cihan, Bayram.

Lovely and beautiful place , delicious food for everyone, tasty drinks, very friendly and professional staff, not far to the beach, good entertainments, very clean, rooms cleaned every day , thank you
