Had a fab time hotel is beautiful,food was great loved the evening entertainment,staff lovely,loved the beach, my little one loved the sand pit,room very clean deffo will be coming back,had photos done was good price to.

hotel was great. food was the same day and night. every drink was watered down .ice cream for the children 2pm to 4pm free otherwise 5 euro for one, entertainment was very poor. pools were freezing cold .outside the resort is a dump .they rip you off at every opportunity and every thing is expensive and they want paid in euros. the taxis want 17 euros to take you to mangnovet 1 euro on the bus .one taxi took 40 euros from us on our first journey there. would not recomment this resort to anyone.

Where to start, we probably made the wrong decision to get a late flight, not really thinking how long the transfer was (1:20am we got on the transfer bus didn't get to hotel until gone 3:20am) not recommended if you have a toddler. Once we got to the hotel we was met with friendly staff at the front desk and a lovely chatty porter. They offered us food at the main restaurant which is open throughout the night! When we got to our room we was little bit disheartened to find we didn't have a cot for our child even though we requested one before arrival, this was quickly resolved though in the morning along with towels that was also missing but they did offer to solve that evening, we was just tired and wanted to get little one settled. He enjoyed his sleep with mummy in the big bed. No more minor hiccups, from then on the rest holiday was amazing for our first family holiday. Fully recommend for any family with little ones, the variety of food was exceptional , you will not go hungry. Outside main restaurant times you have two big snack bars with seating to enjoy lunch until 4pm. The waffles and ice cream available by the pool sides, food can be eaten around the pool. The local beer and variety of (strong)cocktails is great. The staff went above and beyond to provide a quality service whether that was serving, cleaning or working on the gardens. You saw staff constantly gardening, cleaning paths, cleaning rooms, clearing food in restaurants, restocking, cooking etc. The hotel was one the cleanest hotels I've visited. The standards was very high. A special mention to the waitering staff especially Birkan who we found in the snack bars and works mainly Mexican at night. He was quick to learn our boys name and made the biggest fuss with him. He made sure we didn't go without. The entertainment was awesome too!
