Overall a great family holiday. Pro - Place was clean, food was great, right next to the beach, life guards are very protective, security to make you feel safe Cons - need baby facilities at slide area and beach area (I was changing in buggy or on a sun lounger) An ice cream stand near the beach would be so good A fruit stand stand near the beach would be good Pizza stand near beach would be great Some pizza for dinner for the kids To someone reading this yeah it’s little things but would make the hotel more good! Thanks for a great stay!

Amazing hotel with spacious teritory, green areas, some lovely a la carte restaurants, snack places, bars, small aquapark and different activities. Thanks to Beril in Art Gallery - we loved a dream catcher workshop :* Also thanks to helpful reception staff as well as hardworking bartenders and waiters for a great sense of humour and wonderful coctails (the best service, Emirhan :) ), cleaning ladies, kitchen team for making our stay pleasant and enjoyable! Tasty and various food in all the areas (turkish, italian, asian, mexican, also vegan options, a lot of greens, vegetables and sweets). Special thanks for Turkish A La Carte dinner team next to the beach/sea - You totally surprised us with the best food, atmosphere and service on our first day of stay (05.05.2023). Good luck with moving forward, developing and getting better and better!

Great resort and highly recommend

What a beautiful resort, there is so much to do on the resort, it is an about 90% Germany and 10% other nationalities but I may be wrong, we came here for my 50th. on my birthday we was asked by a gentleman if we wanted to book into the Mexican restaurant, we said no and my wife mentioned it was my birthday, he asked for room number and on the afternoon they delivered a cake which was really nice, there is a great variety of foods in the main restaurant and throughout the day there are snack bars all around the resort, you won’t go hungry, I’m not a fan of the food for breakfast, so we missed breakfast most days, the only thing I will say it’s chips every day, it would be nice if there was jacket, new or roast potatoes, they did do roast once & it was sliced and seasoned ones. when going into the restaurant you are greeted by a lady, then when you enter the dining room, they are not welcoming, they look very miserable and not interested in the customer’s at all. when you sit down some staff do come over to see if you would like a drink, but not all the time they have walked past you and gone to another table before, but that’s fine I’m not one of these people who like to be waited on. We used the spa for my birthday, we had a Turkish bath and a massage, he gave us a good price, but still a lot of money, but it was very nice and I would recommend to anyone, the man comes to you after to explain that you have some issues with your muscles ect, he was spot on with both of us, but it not just one session he started off with, it’s 3 more sessions @ around 60 euros per session for both, we declined as we were at the start of our holiday & don’t want to spend all our money on massages as nice as they would be, & it’s a shame because we could of needed it due the mattresses are very hard, so after paying £220 pounds on the treatments, then next morning we have both been in pain since, We went down to the reception, I did say to the lady about the beds & that there may be nothing they can do, & she said straight away can’t move you because we have the same mattress throughout the resort, but I will get house keeping to put a soft topper on the bed, but it hasn’t worked still in pain. You have made my wife’s holiday with the way you treat your animals, there is a cat houses where ever you go, cats are asleep or walking around, they are really well treated, we have no problems with this we love it, but there is a few people that don’t like it, and there is a tortoise, wondering around below our balcony which is lovely, It is so easy to into town, bus right outside the main entrance and return tell the driver and they will drop you right outside, I would recommend the old town, it’s very pretty, you do get hassle but it can be fun, they need to make a living. I would recommend euros not lira, they will convert it for you, but everywhere you go is priced as Euros, the locals have very good English, there is not much in the new town, I wouldn’t bother going there unless you want McDonald’s, Burger King or the Market on Saturday in side. Overall a lovely place to visit, friendly and we had a lovely time.
