Just back today from my first stay at this hotel. It’s a lovely clean hotel. Rooms are cleaned every day beds changed once a week. Clean towels when you want them. Mini bar stocked up every day with cans of fizzy juice and water. Food—-there is something for everyone and all burgers pasta wraps ect are made fresh to order. Hardest choice was what cakes to have. Wifi is good works everywhere in the hotel. Private beach is beautiful and also has wifi there. staff are amazing and friendly (don’t speak much English but they do try their hardest). The entertainment team are great esp Omer they work hard to make sure you are having a fun time. Mohammed the bar boy will make sure you always have a drink in hand. Only gripe I had was the pool toilets could be cleaned more during the day and the lights on in the cubicles so you can see. Would I return to this hotel definitely x

HOTEL IS NOT SAFE!!

I've recently returned from a 14 day holiday at this place, and to say I am disappointed, disgusted, angry and very upset, I definitely an understatement! On initial thoughts, the hotel was beautiful, clean and friendly. Most staff make an effort and try to help. The rooms were nice and clean aswell as the grounds. The pool was nice, although cold, but the steps entering the pool were a bit mildewy and the ladders were rusted. The pool toilets could do with being cleaned more throughout the day. The children's pool was very run down. The entertainment staff were lovely, special thanks to Omer and James for trying to help us and keep us motivated. At 3am of the 4th day, myself, my daughter and her 1 year old son were all asleep, but my son in law was awake and could smell smoke. NO SMOKE ALARMS WORKED!!!!! The smoke was coming from the bathroom. He got my daughter and grandson out on the balcony, but couldn't get to me because of the layout, so they woke me and I climbed out of the window. My son in law went to reception for help, where a couple of guys came over. We waited in reception for over an hour for a new room, while new visitors were booked in, while we were left to wait, in the middle of a night, with a crying baby, with no belongings. Myself and my daughter met the night manager the following morning to see if any of our belongings could be saved. We tried to take photos to which the night manager started covering our phones and pushing us whilst shouting. I said yo him that we couldve died! His response "yeah, but you didn't!" Out of 3 large suitcases, we managed to save 1! We lost so much, including 3 phones that blew when there was a power surge. We believe the fire started from faulty electrics from the wired in hairdryer in the bathroom. The treatment we received was horrendous. They refused to accept liability and all they did was offer to wash our clothes...... even though they were ruined. They wanted us to move hotel. Which I refused as I didn't want them using that a a means of "compensation". They offered a measly €300, for us nearly losing out lives! I will be taking this further as it is not acceptable at all!! They didn't want to help and still don't. We asked for our smoke alarms to be tested, which they said they were, however they were taped to the ceiling and didn't work as we tested them ourselves. We had to buy and replace suitcases, a pram , 3 phones, clothes......... THIS HOTEL IS NOT SAFE!!!

A lovely hotel staff and food very good entertainment staff are excellent especially omer he has gone out of his way to be friendly and make sure we are OK nothing has been to much trouble even if we did not partake in an activity would highly recommend
