I came here on the 8 th of May for 14 nights with a party of 8 adults. It was mostly positive stay. I will start with the negatives, if you are of English speaking you will find it difficult to communicate with the reception staff, they do not speak English at all. There is a handful of staff that you can communicate with but very limited.secondly the air condition system in the main building does not work , far to uncomfortable at night, there is no point complaining as the staff don’t understand your concerns .thirdly the food in the main restaurant is of good quality but if you want a hot meal go somewhere else , most of the meals are cold from freshly served baked potatoes to fried eggs , very disappointed. Now for the positives , this resort is of good standard, plenty of options for relaxing at to pool’s during the day and bars at night. The drinks menu is good and plentiful to choose from. This hotel by far has the most impressive grounds,well maintained to a top standard . The gym and spa facilities are also good,Would I stay here again,probably not. James oware Scotland

i will only write the drawbacks of resting in Bellis hotel. 1. i had many troubles communicating with the staff. 2. i couldnt use the internet far from the main building. moreover, i often had poor internet connection.

we came to this hotel for the first time, everything is going great we are very happy that we visit your hotel, there are a lot of entertainment for both children and adults. Thank you, the staff of the gastralation for their help, especially Aizada, she helped us a lot
