Het hotel bevindt zich in Avsallar, op 22 km van het stadscentrum van Alanya, op 90 km afstand van de luchthaven en op slechts 250 meter afstand van het strand.Het van airconditioning voorziene hotel heeft een excellente, centrale ligging, op een kleine stukje lopen van het strand van Cleopatra en biedt zijn gasten 212 kamers met een gezellige atmosfeer en verschillende voorzieningen, waaronder een kapsalon, een televisielounge en voor de kinderen een speelplaats en kinderclub. Bij het hotel zijn een aantal bars en restaurants beschikbaar, net als een café, een pub en een discotheek. Zakenreizigers kunnen gebruik maken van de conferentiefaciliteiten en de draadloze internettoegang. We liked hotel and its services. Personnel is so kind. Rooms are well decorated and clean. Pools are very suitable for adults and children. Meals are plentiful and delicious. To sum up, you should definitely go there. It worths much with this services.

I stayed at my home resort for 7 days. The hotel is clean, big and looks nice. The rooms are fine with a good bed. What makes this hotel unique is the animaties team, they are very enthusiastic, You notice in everything Thatcher they really enjoy their work, they radiatie this. The animation team organizes Many different well-organized activities, so there is plenty to do. From darts tournaments to pool games, there’s plenty to do. Especially nadir and Ali we want to thank. You can also enjoy the delicious different buffets with well-prepared food. I can recommend this hotel to everyone, especially because of the friendly team.

Staff is really friendly and helpful. The food is not so good. Very little variation from day to day. Turkey's cheese is tasteless. Better import Gouda kaas or some German cheese. During lunch they sometime make wraps. Theu are without any sauce and wrapped in a wrong way so also the underside is open. when you take a bite, half the contents fall out. We noticed they put the oily grilled vegetables of the day before in the morning yoghurt, making it uneatable. And I know very well that Turkey is an islamic country, but in a hotel, where most visitors are from Germany, Poland, Russia and Holland, you HAVE to serve pork also. So when it comes to food, a lot of improvements can be made. The swimming pools are unheated. So when you go there April-May, the water in the pool is so cold that almost nobody goes into the water. The cocktail bar is a joke really. They have 5 cocktails om the menu. If you ask for another well-known cocktail like a Tequila Sunrise or a Margareta, they haven't got a clue how to make it. And I don't know what stuff they use for alcohol, but it is very low percentage. Better buy yourself canned beer, wodka and/or whiskey in the supermarket around the corner outside the hotel and enjoy. I expect the beer from the tap is mixed with water. Animation team is very nice. But during the day the music is too loud. Our room was super. OK we had a suite. Too bad it was not viewing the poolside.
