Dit luxehotel bevindt zich op circa 200 meter van het zandstrand. Naar het stadscentrum van Alanya is het ongeveer 25 kilometer, naar de luchthaven van Antalya ongeveer 95 kilometer. Bars, restaurants en mogelijkheden om te winkelen bereikt u na ca. 2 kilometer. Het hotel bezit een 600 meter lang zandstrand aan de Mediterrane kust en biedt een magnifiek uitzicht op de kristalheldere zee.Dit betoverende en stijlvolle luxehotel werd in 2006 geopend. Er zijn 2 king suites, 48 villa's en 8 kamers voor mindervaliden aangepaste kamers. Verder heeft het een hoofdrestaurant en 4 à la carte restaurants met Chinese, Turkse, Italiaanse en Mediterrane keuken. Tot de inrichting van het hotel behoren ook een ontvangsthal, airconditioning, hotelkluis, wisselkantoor, lift, televisiekamer, wachtruimte, conferentieruimte, internetaansluiting, discotheek, kapper, winkels en fietsverhuur (tegen betaling). Als extra dienstverlening wordt roomservice, een wasservice en een medische dienst aangeboden (tegen betaling). Voor kinderen (4-12 jaar) is er een miniclub met animatie, speelplaats, disco, kinderrestaurant met kleine menu's en -bioscoop. Great hotel

The best hotel in Turkey! We can't stop returning there! This was our fifth stay in this hotel - 2018, 2019, 2021, April/May 2022, June 2022. We are family of five - 2 adults, 3 kids - 7, 4, 2. For first time we stayed in Family duplex - 6120. Great for our big family. I was bit sad that it was with land view but there was no noise and I slept much better compared with sea view rooms. Maid was great again. We and our kids are in love with the resort and no one want to try a new hotel in Turkey. This year there is a big improvement everywhere in resort. There is a new General Manager and actually he did a great job! He is there and is always ready to help. Very good animation, great evening shows.The aquaparks are the best. Lobby bar staff is doing great job. The funfair is a big plus. Special thanks to Ahmet technic. Special thanks to the guest relation manager. She is awesome. Great reception team, we were welcomed by Olga, she is really great at her job smiled and kind. Recetion Manager Jalain/hope to write it correct/ is always smiled, very professional, support us to extend our stay and was really kind. And one of the reasons that we come here again and again is Fatih Aslan, great person, someone who made everything to make you feel special! So we spend 28 days in total for period of two months, so I can honestly tell that this is a great family hotel. We recommend the hotel to all of our friends - for a perfect holiday! Great place, great staff, great memories. So see you very soon - April 2023! We all can't wait!

This was our second stay after being there Feb 2022. Staff are amazing. Mr Hassan is always happy to go an extra mile to ensure guests needs area met. Rooms are m mvery clean , food variable, Our daily treats was meat from the grilling area. We will sure be coming back

Amazing place but warning over Spa

We stayed here at the end of June- start of July. 4 adults, 2 children. What a place! Huge and we liked that. So much to do, see, eat and drink. The place was very clean and the staff were lovely, especially in the pastry cafe. Security is top, unlike anywhere I’ve been including Caribbean! We stayed in a standard room which was a good size and nice. Decent bathroom, cleaned every day. Minibar stocked every day but I had to ask for more fizzy drinks. There are a great range of shops inside and some just outside the resort. I’ve since found out there is a market on a Sunday within walking distance. There are also some vendors selling super milkshakes, candy floss in the hotel. Got a taxi to Alanya one evening but didn’t like the shopping area, I believe if you go near McDonald’s it’s better. And it was too hot, ended up in a bar drinking daiquiris with a bag full of tat :-) taxi 20euros, make sure you agree price before getting in. In the spa I booked reflexology and shoulder massage but was told to strip down to bikini and had an unwanted full body massage including my bottom and inner thighs by a male..I protested and was given a new guy but got the same kind of attention. I was very upset. Husband angrily complained and they were very apologetic so hopefully won’t happen to any other lady but 9 months later it still freaks me out. That said my friends had wonderful massages every day. No bottom touching for her. The food was great, a little busy and yes problems with ques but just say something. There was a coeliac with us and he was fine although the food signs were a bit misleading. Wine and cocktails can be hit and miss but wasn’t a bother, can always change it. And there was no dark rum or cider. Amazing range of pools and hats off to the life guards! I saw them save people twice. Yes there is sun bed wars but show me a hotel in that doesn’t have this problem. I would definitely return, maybe just stay away from the spa.
