Totally a bad hotel I ever seen in my life

We stayed at this hotel for 11 days . On arrival, our airport shuttle didn,t come I have to find a taxi even I paid for shuttle and the reception are very rude they don,t speak English at all.If you want hygiene this hotel is not for you because the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and not clean. The toilets were filthy as they were not cleaned and it would not flush properly a toilet door was locked by itself and when we told reception about our problem, we were told to come and fix the door within 5 minute but they never come until the next morning so my children used water bottle for whole night which is unforgotbel time and me as a women I can,t use a bottle I have to weak my kids from sleep and travel a miles away to find a loo.HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT!!! We were given fresh towels every 3 days and they were poor quality. The bedsheets were changed every 3 days. Our entire stay, we were given the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was cold at times and we had to queue for at least 30 minutes for lunch and dinner. There was no ice and we were given warm soft drinks all the time when it was very hot. The staff were unhelpful and not friendly and they did not speak English. The staff treated British people poorly compared to Russians and Germans. I would say this hotel suppose to be 1 star not 4 star.

Not a hotel for British people, so stay away!

We stayed at this hotel for 2 weeks. On arrival, our rooms were not ready and we had to sit in reception for over an hour with our luggage. When our rooms should have been available the day before. If you want hygiene this hotel is not for you because the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting and not clean. The toilets were filthy as they were not cleaned and it would not flush properly and when we told reception about our problem, we were told to put the used toilet tissue in the bin instead of the toilet. HOW DISGUSTING IS THAT!!! We were given fresh towels every 3 days and they were poor quality. The bedsheets were changed every 3 days. Our entire stay, we were given the same food for breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food was cold at times and we had to queue for at least 30 minutes for lunch and dinner. There was no ice and we were given warm soft drinks all the time when it was very hot. The staff were unhelpful and not friendly and they did not speak English. The staff treated British people poorly compared to Russians and Germans. The other hotel guests were very rude and they would just stare at you. The only best thing about this place was the beach, it was absolutely beautiful. If you have a room in A block, you are lucky because it is closer to the beach and restaurant as B and C block guests would have to come to A block for food. This hotel does not offer any snacks. This hotel only caters for Europeans and I would really advise British people to stay away and not to book this hotel.

We was here 10 days and i will say everything about this hotel no no sorry this is OTEL . Not even close to 4 star 0 star. Lets start. This otel have 3 blocks C block os faar away from sea maybe 500 or 700 metres. Everything is i A block soo better live in block A. Give to recepcion some money and you will get good room with nice sea. Recepcion : normal for us but not clean and small.Recepcion bar is writen open from 10-22 but when i go every time they close..... Because they cleaning... Pool : we was in sea but i seen pool is realy small maybe max 40 peaple. Pool not clean you can see it. DRINKS is all bad mix with water i try gin and vodka it was bad and im not drinking a lot in holidays.When i was they 0 time oper botlle to me they go some were and come back with open botlle. Beach : not bad need for sure secial shose to sea,but place you will find for sure after brekfast and lunch.In beach JUST soft drinks.In beach is bar and they wanna cheat say that is it they space and if you wanna be here have to buy some drinks.... And we was trying take beer to beach they say that we cant because it is bar in beach and we can buy it.... But we are all inclisive..Beach is not private at all can come and sit whu wanna nobody dont care. Food : hungry you will not be if you can eat everything,because it is just 5 something to choose and everytime is just chicken and a lot vegetables and food are cold im not joking it is cold.You have to be on line to gwt some food and line is loooong waiting maybe 20 min or more to get food. If you was in eco hotel for sure you dont like this amd eco will look like luxury 5 star to this otel.If you can pass this hotel amd choose other for sure all people is germany.poland. low class people. I dont say nothing about them. We was here because it was cheap and good weather. I hope help you.
