While this Hotel is in a great location it has its drawbacks. One being the noise from the street to the wee hours of the morning and the constant crowd of tourists looking at the astronomical clock. We were in the part of the Hotel with no elevator so lots of stairs to get to your room and because of the vintage of the hotel you have uneven stairs which I feel is a safety hazard. Even in the rooms there is a lintel between bedroom and hallway so that too is also cumbersome. The water situation in the bathroom is also not great as you cannot get a consistent temperature goes from scaling hot to freezing cold. The shower head also was a problem as it didn’t hold the position of the shower head. Other than these issues the hotel and restaurant staff were excellent. My recommendation would to find accommodations a bit outside the square.

We took a trip to several countries in Europe. Prague was our last stop. We spent 4 days at this wonderful hotel. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. The hotel itself was absolutely beautiful. Breakfast was included in the price and was in itself extra extra special. They also had really good desserts for purchase in the restaurant. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would.

Bad experience

Very rude security lady at the entrance, literally barking at you when you drink something on the terrace and just want to go to the toilets. Is this like this you welcome people in this country? Amazing. Really necessary to review your reception skills
