Not the best location but nice

I stayed here from 1st may to 5th may the apartment was lovely and big and was clean, the pool was a bit basic but useable. Should have been informed about the building work over the road before arrival but I wake early so didn’t bother me. I paid my deposit by card and wish I had paid by cash as not had my refund despite me leaving the apartment clean and took rubbish with me I have emailed about my deposit refund but I got no reply

Good base but hassle

Overall a good base to be in Benidorm, clean and spacious apartment. However, it is a quite a hike up and down into the centre and towards the beach. The hotel itself and the pool isn’t really up to much so not somewhere to go if you are wanting a relaxing break. The whole checking in at the other hotel and dragging cases up and downstairs is a right hassle on. Alongside the deposit which takes them around 15 minutes to give you back while you check out. Whilst it is a good base and is cheap, there is an amount of hassle that comes alongside it.

Lovely apartments

Was worried when reading through these reviews when I booked as I had booked this for me and 12 others for my hen do. But can honestly say the apartments are lovely, you have everything you need and have been recently refurbished. There is two bathrooms in the two bed apartment which is handy and a really large balcony. We had no problems with the lifts. We paid the 200 euro deposit in cash and had no issues getting it back on check out, only had to wait around 10 mins whilst they checked the room. You do have to put your rubbish in the bins outside across the road but it’s honestly not too much of a problem. We didn’t use the pool within the apartments we used the hotel next doors pool and it was lovely. Plenty of sunbeds and has a shop and bar which sells drinks and hot food. The shuttle bus is very handy down to the centre and runs every 20 minutes so we just used this, but stops running in the evening so we would get taxis back to the apartments which were only 6 euro so it’s nothing really, otherwise it is a fairly steep hill up to the apartments. I would definitely stay here again as the price was very reasonable for what we got and outweighed paying the extra money to stay in the centre as taxis were cheap and the frequent shuttle bus.
