Dit hotel van de hogere middenklasse ligt in het hart van de stad. Het historische centrum met tal van winkel- en amusementsmogelijkheden ligt op slechts enkele minuten lopen van het hotel. Direct voor het hotel vindt u een halte van het openbaar vervoer. Het vliegveld ligt op ongeveer 10 kilometer van het hotel.Dit stadshotel werd in 2005 voor het laatst gerenoveerd en heeft in totaal 223 kamers op 5 etages, waarvan 14 suites. De ruime ontvangsthal van het hotel heeft een receptie die 24 uur geopend is, 5 liften, een hotelkluis, een garderobe en een wisselkantoor. Verder bevinden zich in het hotelgebouw een kapsalon, een kiosk, een café, een nachtclub, een klein casino, 2 bars, 14 conferentiezalen van verschillende grote en 2 van airconditioning voorziene à la carte restaurants met kinderstoelen. Brilliant Visit with a Lovely Upgrade

Visiting Bratislava for first time. Wedding anniversary so asked if any chance by email of an upgrade. Generously gave us an upgrade to a suite. Mrs T mightily impressed with the room and facilities. Staff all friendly. Breakfast brilliant with lots of choice. Interestingly bread and butter pudding which we think used yesterday croissants and pain a chocs. Absolutely delicious. Had a small issue with the bath tap. Reported and fixed while at breakfast. Fab service. Location very central with bus and tram stops nearby and can walk to old town in 10 mins. We will definitely return and highly recommend.

room 302 While we were there the room became hot with little or no airflow. Air con did nothing to help. Fridge is switched off to save energy so we couldn’t cool our water. If it’s switched off, then why have a fridge there! Meals are good and staff are friendly. The hotel is ideally placed for touring and sightseeing.

I used this hotel as a base due to its location and it served its purpose well as it’s based close to everything and the rooms are spacious & clean. Check in was slow but that seemed more to do with the customers who kept asking endless questions - I suppose they could have had more staff on but it was probably more to do with me getting there at the wrong time. Didn’t use the bar or restaurant as I chose to go in to the Old Town which has so many options - will say that breakfast was expensive at 30 euros a head when you can walk less than 5 minutes and spend less than that for a couple Good Location would recommend
