Ms. Kem, at the hotel reception, is beyond amazing. She made sure that our check in runs smoothly and went above and beyond. Such an asset. Our room is also very comfortable and has modern amenities.

The hotel is excellent for families and the pool is amazing for kids.

The hotel is excellent for families and the pool is amazing for kids. It has many levels and the small lazy river loop with water jets that the kids loved. It’s all curves and there are many spots for all the guests to find a good place to relax. We booked two adjoining rooms for our family of four. Although we booked the larger room option, it was still slightly small so glad we did not book the smaller option, which no doubt would have felt tiny. The rooms were very clean; housekeeping does a great job. No wardrobes, only a few drawers, so this unfortunately meant we had to live out of our open suitcases most of the time, which gets untidy. We had a problem with being locked out of our room because the room key would no longer work. It was not a fault with just our keys – a housekeeper also tried to help but her key would not open the room either. Maintenance thought they fixed it and gave us new key cards, but then these did not work either. We lost more than half a day messing around with this problem and having to wait by the pool while it was addressed and my child was sunburned because we were outside too long. Finally the door handle came off completely! We were very frustrated. The reception manager then changed our room, which was a nuisance to pack up and move to another floor, but it was a good solution to the problem of the broken door lock. He offered us free breakfast for the rest of our stay, which was a goodwill courtesy that was appreciated. A great hotel to stay with kids. Sentosa Island is expensive but you will know this if you’re booking other activities on the island. The monorail will get you around to most of the other attractions or you can walk to the Adventure Cove waterpark and one monorail stop to the luge activity – highly recommended! There are other places to eat nearby if you don't fancy the hotel buffet restaurant. The website photos of the hotel are fairly accurate and the pool is really pretty with the greenery surrounding it.

We paid Australian $1900 for a family room for 3 nights. NOT HAPPY . The room size are tiny Ibis rooms are bigger than this. For this price you can do better. Find another hotel. The only good thing are the pools are spacious and not crowded
