Great Vacation Hotel

We came to the Northern side of the island after enjoying a very peaceful and well rested stay in Soufriere. I wanted a more luxe experience than the earthy vibe of the Soufriere and this hotel did not disappoint. The grounds are immaculate, the staff is top notch, and the food is fairly tasteful. I had the oxtail twice - didn't taste the same both times, but both versions were delectable! I want to give a huge shoutout to Latoya at the concierge. She's such a sweet young lady and she consistently went above and beyond to meet our needs and make our stay comfortable. Also, the hotel managers - Martina and Chante were equally warm and welcoming. We ate many breakfasts at 7th Heaven Bakery and the ladies were always so warm and hospitable. I wished I remembered all of their names. The room itself was perfect - very well designed and incredibly functional for travel. I LOVED the private pool experience of the swim out rooms. Also, don't forget to enjoy the hot tub and the beautiful waterfall in the pool area. The bed could be more comfortable. All in all, great vacation hotel. I would 100% recommend and stay here again. As a Hilton member, this was by far one of my best experiences at a Hilton.

Great time great people will return. Be ER a dull kkment. Heated pools. Great atmosphere. Pizza is the best. Sushi ask for Ricardo. Swim up rooms are great . Private cabanas. The list goes on. Near the main road

Wonderful place to stay in St Lucia

Martina and her team exhibited extremely professional, prompt and courteous service. But what came across most strongly is the sincere warmth and politeness shown by every employee. From the front desk and concierge, to the restaurant, housekeeping and pool staff. It’s like everyone steps up no matter what their position to ensure each guest has a fabulous experience. The property itself is modern, spotlessly clean and extremely well maintained. As others have pointed out, it is more of a hotel than secluded beach resort. But the views of the marina and mountains are spectacular and pool area can match almost any resort I have ever visited. Finally, you can’t beat the location. Close to terrific local restaurants (Spice India and Jacques Waterfront were two of our favorites) a supermarket, and even an outdoor lifestyle mall. The tour companies will come and pick you up at the hotel and the concierge/front desk staff always happy to arrange local taxis. One thing I would suggest if coming from the US, bring extra US bills for tips. Although a 10% service charge is added to restaurant meals, most taxis are cash and of course you have the hotel staff, tour guides etc to give a little extra to. I found it easier tip in USD rather than trying to figure tip in Eastern Caribbean Dollars (ECD)
