Aparthotel with beautiful views across the Atlantic and in a great location in Estoril within a few hundred meters to the beach.It's a standard apartment hotel, in a great location in Estoril close to the train station and Estoril's famous casino within walking distance to Cascais.The hotel has a restaurant and a bar with fantastic view across the Ocean. There is a sun terrace with outdoor swimming pool and indoor swimming pool and there are great conference facilities.All the rooms have a bath/shower, wc, telephone, cable-TV with in-house movies,safe and air conditioning. In major need of a reservation!

We had 5 nights at the Eden Hotel and it was a mix of good, bad and ok. Firstly the good. The hotel is in a good location, right next to a station and within an easy walk to both Estoril and Cascais, the beaches and bars/restaurants. The rooms are very spacious and we took a sea view which offers AMAZING views of the coastline. Beds were very comfortable and we both had 5 nights of good sleep. I have read some reviews of noise but we did not experience any. Now the bad - the hotel is VERY dated and the decor is stuck in 1977. From the brown colour to the 1970s air conditioning (which is more a cooler than AC) the hotel needs to close for a year and completely refresh itself. The pool has a broken fish statue and missing tiles, weeds growing through the cracks on the patio, no poolside bar or any service and poor wifi. There is no bar in the hotel and the restaurant is only open for breakfast. Service was OK. When we checked in the rather curt lady asked if we booked a double (we are two guys) and we said yes. She tapped on the computer and gave us the card with little smile. When we got to the room it was a twin!! We didn't bother to complain and just kept it that way. Was it an error, or bigotry? Who knows! Never had this issue in Portugal before so its not the norm. Not sure I would stay at this hotel again. Yes it was cheaper than the others but I think I will willingly pay more for better quality and service.

Great value, spacious room, good location

Stayed with a friend for 3 nights in April. Staff are friendly, helpful and efficient. Upgraded to a sea view room on 10th floor and it was absolutely worth doing that for the views. Very spacious clean room with 2 large sized comfortable single beds. Lovely indoor and outdoor pools. Not a lot in Estoril but enjoyable walk along the boardwalk to Cascais. Only downside for me was the road noise and the fact there was no bar, but other than that I’d be happy to return or recommend. And final positive word to the lovely friendly gentleman who runs the newsagent type shop attached to the hotel for the lovely chats!

Good hotel to enjoy Cascais

Nice hotel, good balance if price-quality. Big room, confortable beds, small but practical kitchen. Friendly staff and good location. Swimming pool areas are nice, both outdoors and indoors one. The room style is not modern and probably it needs a little renovation. However it is comfortable and clean.
