Do away with the bath robs they are not needed and can you make the plates as well as the knifes and forks not child sized Great stay and will absolutely re visit

Outstanding Hotel in Pria de Rocha

From the moment we arrived to the moment we left, we were impressed with every aspect of this wonderful hotel. The hotel is at the quiet end of the sea front. That said if you want pubs, nightlife and restaurants you only have to walk about 500 yards along the road. We stayed half board and every mealtime was different. The menu is buffet style but changes daily. There is a piona man every morning and 3 times a week a singer during dinner( very subtle in the background. The sea is a 2 minute walk down the private access to the beach and was really sandy and empty even at the weekend. The sea is very cold but then it is the Atlantic ocean! The hotel pool is not heated either but still refreshing and warmer than the sea. The real gem is the staff. Every one is smile and cannot do enough to help. We had an issue wit our travel operator not describing the room correctly. We mentioned it to the team and explained it was not their fault. Next day they moved us to a new room with a full sea view. We were extremely grateful to them. There is a cosmopolitan feeling to the hotel with guests from all over Europe. It is spotlessly clean and the view from the glass lift is amazing. There are tea and coffee making facilities in the room, safe, fridge and Ac. Toiletries are provided in pump dispensers and there is a fixed hairdryer in the bathroom. The balcony had a table and chairs and two sun loungers. They even provide the pool towels. Getting a sunbed was never an issue in the grounds and the gym was well equipped This hotel has a premium feel and we will be back soon we absolutely loved it

A 5 star experience

This is my 2nd visit to this hotel, first time solo, so I was a little apprehensive. I had no need to worry. From pre arrival correspondence onwards everything was excellent. You are greeted by the most wonderful reception staff, who sit you down for check in with a lovely glass of wine. Bags are taken to room and you are shown round to make sure you are happy. All staff in hotel smile, greet you every time you see them. My room was a side sea view, a large room, very clean, walk in shower and large balcony. View was super. Half board was top notch, varied and plenty of options. Buffet style. You have to choose a time slot but this was not an issue for me and easily changed. Never an issue getting a sunbed!. This being adult only meant a wonderful quiet experience when resting of an afternoon on a sunbed looking out to the beach. The hotel is on the quiet end of praira da Rocha which was perfect, but if you wanted you could walk to the lively strip within a few minutes. I cannot recommend this hotel enough. I'm already planning my return
