This hotel is beautiful, very clean friendly and has lots to offer. The rooms are very spacious and lots of space to hand your clothes including drawers. Bathrooms are huge with sealed are for bath/shower and also sealed area for toilet and bede. And muddle are for 2 sinks.b3ds very comfortable. We stayed AI and the food is amazing to suit everyone's taste. Definitely could kit complain. Ther eis a microwave to heat the food to your liking. The drinks are not local brands there the real smirnoff etc. There is 2 great restaurants for AI and there is an alicante restaurant which do Asian,Brazilian, and seafood. We have booked for Brazilian so I will update when we try this. you do not have to get up early for sunbeds which is amazing there is also snacks 24 hours for those who like a midnight snack this consists of ham and cheese toasties burgers hot dogs and pancakes along with other nibbles such as cheese and biscuits as stated in my title this should be a 5 star hotel as there is everything on off here well done be live for this amazing hotel I for sure will definitely return here

Great hotel, staff, location, poor food

Got a notification from Easyjet just before giing on holiday to say that the hotel had changed hands. Baffled as to how it is still being advertised for next year uzing the Be Live btand? Staff fantastic, layout fantastic. Food poor. Smirnoff and captain morgan included in the branded drinks, the remainder are local and hit or miss. Measures very small. Pools fantastic, no problem with rhe kids having plenty of room to play in either the slide pool or the kids pool. Sunbeds abundant and nice grass areas to let the kids unwind. Food really poor quality. Been on many an all inclusive going to the beginning of the product and the food rates as the worst. Omlettes good for breakfast. Lots of fatty pork belly, sausages, dry tasteless fish, fatty overcooked lamb, etc. Veal and goulash were tasty. Wont be back.

Hotel is very clean, rooms are lovely. Breakfast and Lunch is nice, however dinner was very hit and miss. The restaurant did feel pretty small for the size of hotel, wouldn't like to experience it in Peak summer. Drinks are good, Sonia at the top pool bar is the best most friendliest staff member there, she actually made my holiday!! Pool is FREEZING!
