Dit appartementencomplex bevindt zich vlakbij de binnenstad van Albufeira, met tal van mogelijkheden om te winkelen en je te vermaken. Een halte van het openbaar vervoer ligt op ongeveer 500 m en het mooie strand bereikt u binnen ca. 600 m.Het complex werd in 2003 gerenoveerd en beschikt over 6 gebouwen met in totaal 154 appartementen. Het hotel heeft voor haar gasten een ontvangsthal met 24uurs-receptie, liften, wisselkantoor en een minimarkt. Verder vindt u hier een bar, een televisieruimte en een speelkamer. Auto's kunnen op de eigen parkeerplaats of in de parkeergarage van het hotel worden gestald.De appartementen beschikken over een badkamer met wc, koelkast, kitchenette, huurkluis en een afzonderlijk woongedeelte. Verder zijn de kamers voorzien van telefoon en satelliet/kabeltelevisie.In het buitengedeelte van het hotel is er een swimming pool, een zonneterras met ligstoelen en parasols en een poolbar. Tevens kunnen de gasten ter ontspanning gebruik maken van een overdekt zwembad, een sauna en een stoombad. Sportliefhebbers kunnen gaan fietsen/mountainbiken, biljarten of fitnessen in de fitness-ruimte. Ook is er een seizoensafhankelijk animatieprogramma. De dichtstbijzijnde golfbaan bevindt zich op ongeveer 7 km afstand.

We stayed at Cerro Mar apartments for 2 weeks. Booked via jet2. We were self catering. We ate out in town each night. But stocked up on essentials for breakfast and snacks at the local supermarket, a short walk away. Apartments - slightly dated. But huge and 2 bed apartments had everything we needed as a family of four. Location - wonderful location. Amazing news with a short walk to the town. It is on a very steep hill. It was fine for us, but not easily accessible for pram or wheelchair users. Pools - one big pool and other smaller pools dotted around the complex. Extras - we paid for wifi and safe as additional costs. Trips - we went to zoo marine and slide and splash. Really fun days out. Basic, but nice and clean accommodation. Great location. We had a great time.

A view that can’t be forgotten

The views from this hotel is awesome ! A brilliant hotel with very spacious and well equipped apartments. We were 6 folks, and we could be as comfortable as possible. The place is a bit far from the beach but the is very well compensated by awesome food and brilliant views of the ocean. The staff is very helpful, and if not for them we would have surely missed our boat cruise. So a special thanks to the reception team. I personally feel that this place deserves atleast a 3 nights stay to do some justice to itself. Big thanks to the Cerritos Mar Garden team !

Good hotel bad hill

First of all there is no complaints about this hotel We were upgraded to a two bedroom apartment and it was massive. The only problem was the view, it was overlooking the motorway so was very noisy We could have gone back and refused the room but due to the size we decided to stay All the staff apart from the big guy (a manager) were absolutely lovely he was a bit brusque You must be aware of, is this hotel is on the steepest hill in the world and there are 103 steps to go to the town no problem going down but agonising when you come back. The hotel does have a bus but we waited for it one day in the town and it did not arrive. When we mention it to the driver the next day we got a huff and a puff saying I finished at 4 also the arrival time is a bit flexible There is hotel entertainment but they wanted €11 per ticket and as it was not something we cared about we gave it a miss Do not use the hotel supermarket it is very expensive go to level two go out the back of the hotel turn left up the hill and Aldi is there If your young fit this is a great hotel if you can’t manage the steepest hill in the world you will not have a problem
