WOW Staff Amazing Room Amazing Food Amazing Grounds Amazing Super clean and so friendly Entertainment Amazing I was so sceptical of all inclusive but this place surpassed my expectations The grounds were beautiful and relaxed Plenty of sun beds and a super clean pool

Travelled with partner and child. Great selection of food. Highly recommend the Oriental restaurant if you have chance to book in. Couple of negatives I have - pool bar doesn’t open until 10am, unable to get a drink, even from the self serve pumps. Fair enough the alcohol pumps being off but the pop pump, which also has the water pump, should be on at all times. 2nd is a pair of earrings went missing out of the room. Reported to reception twice but couldn’t be provided an update from the cleaning team as to whether they were found in towels etc. I would highly recommend this hotel but strongly advise to lock any valuables away, which I usually do!

Our first time to Portugal and we loved it. We never choose this hotel as we were part of a wedding group staying at various hotels . We were do not normally stay in hotels this size and was pleasantly surprised with the quality this hotel had to offer Our room was on the second floor we had a great view of the sea and pool , also the kids play area. Our balcony was in shade in afternoon which was great , we could enjoy sitting there after a day of activities. The room had lots of storage space and if you like your soaps you can watch them on TV with English channels . Bathroom was spotless very good size There are two pools , one adults only other all families plus toddler pool, I have never seen so many sun beds must have been a good two hundred plus scattered around pool areas , and well controlled by the hotel very little sun bed grabbing , but with so many beds space between was tight . The hotel is totally geared up to serve its customers with great pool bar , self service drinks machines in all of the restaurants. Snack bar was one of the best great selection , this was a blessing for families with young children always something for them on offer . Main restaurant was huge great deal of outside eating space and inside . Always great selection of salads , hot foods , puddings , We ate in the Mediterranean restaurant twice , first time spot on , the second we had to leave our food as the meat dishes were cold and dry, we went back to the main restaurant. We never tried the Asian one . Animation team were excellent good shows , also toddler shows , very hard working group of people. There are two lovely beaches close by , come out of hotel turn left you go down to a lovely selection of bars and down to a great sandy beach , if you turn right by hotel go past PortoBay hotel and you will come to a left turn down some steps to a beautiful wide sandy Beach , there is a bar serving snacks and drinks , if you want a bed charge is 20 euro ,and it’s very peaceful here , unlike the other busier one. Overall this hotel is a great family choice , I have never seen so many toddlers in one hotel , so it shows you how well they must cater for these families. The hotel is spotless they clean everything , the staff are brilliant they keep things to high level of service under stressful times of the day , made me tired just watching them .
