Het hotel ligt dicht bij de Vistula Boulevards in het hart van Krakau. Vanuit het hotel zijn het station, de luchthaven Krakow-Balice, Wawel, de oude stad en de wijk Kazimierz gemakkelijk bereikbaar. Het hotel beschikt over ruime kamers (de meeste met uit zicht op de rivier de Wisla) en moderne conferentiezalen. Het restaurant, de bar en recreatiecentrum zijn onlangs gerenoveerd.

A superb base for a City Centre holiday trip

We are a group of 3 elderly men from England who have travelled to Poland every May for the last 15 years, and have a city centre 5 day break in a good hotel. Yesterday we returned from our latest trip to Novotel Centrum, Krakow. We had a completely wonderful time. The hotel was just perfect. They have a young, vibrant intelligent staff for whom nothing was too much trouble. Most spoke good English and all were delightful. The breakfast was superb, with the widest range of options we have ever seen. The rooms were good, and beds were comfortable. Everything was spotlessly clean. There is a great indoor pool and spa and a very relaxed atmosphere. Each day the girls on reception gave us local tips on what to do and see, and helped with bus and tram numbers. The hotel is situated within walking distance of the main square, the Wawel Castle, and the 2 local football grounds - we saw a great match for only £3 a ticket. This is a buzzy, comfortable city centre hotel only 15 minutes from the airport and 10 mins walk from the heart of the city, yet you get a quiet night's sleep. We could not fault this hotel. It was delightful in every way, and really good value for a superb service. We would genuinely recommend Novotel Centrum as one of the best 5 hotels we have stayed in during 15 years of trips to Poland. Roger Daniells-Smith rm 649.

Surprisingly excellent

Having spent last days every night in a different hotel, the Novotel Krakow Centrum was a very nice surprise for me. Why? - willows absolutely great (anatomical, not too soft, not hard). For my neck a heaven - lights in bathroom TOP. Finally a hotel, where you have light in the bathroom to do makeup, not a dark fancy useless room - hand wash/body/shampoo very lovely smell. - bar/restaurant such helpful service, great recommendations and friendly service Overall excellent experience and will return.

Modern hotel, with great facilities and at a great location next to the Royal Palace. The room I stayed in was spacious and had great views of the city. Really comfortable room with tea/coffee making facilities and nice bathroom. Faultless hotel, which I had a really pleasant stay in. Thanks Novoltel. You are becoming my favourite trusted hotel brand for me.
