Beautiful hotel, exceptional clean in every area. Conveniently situated for restaurants in the Jewish quarter. About 15 min walk into the centre of Krakow. Room was very spacious & comfortable. Staff were very friendly & helpful. (Our adapters did not fit the Polish plugs sockets. So the staff very kindly let us borrow 2 for the duration of our stay) Breakfast menu was very extensive, lots of choice. Only ate once at night in the restaurant but it was first class. Would we stay here again if in Krakow? 100% yes!

Great stay

Great hotel in an excellent location. 15 minute walk to old town, and lots of great restaurants and bars on the doorstep as well as brilliant street food vendors around the corner from the hotel. Also a late night supermarket a few yards away. Hotel itself was superb. Lovely big clean room and an excellent breakfast with lots of choice and some dishes cooked fresh to order. Very friendly and professional staff. If visiting the salt mines, there is a station called Krakow Zablocie which is closer to the hotel than the main station of Krakow Glowny. Schindler's Factory is also just across from Zablocie station (so also walkable). All in all, we would highly recommend this hotel.

Lovely hotel in a great location, definitely recommend!

This is a lovely hotel in a great location. Based in the Jewish quarter but only a 10 minute walk to old town. There is no shortage of cafes, bars and restaurants close by. Rooms were lovely and clean and modern. We booked a superior room that had a balcony which was a nice touch. Staff are friendly and helpful and Nastia on reception was lovely and helped with directions around town and recommended places to visit. There was a good choice of hot and cold food at breakfast as well as a small menu of other options to choose from at no extra cost. Would highly recommend this hotel.
