Het historische cityhotel ligt in de oude joodse wijk Kazimierz en is maar een steenworp van belangrijke monumenten van de joodse cultuur verwijderd. Op hooguit 1 kilometer afstand vindt u talrijke winkelmogelijkheden, meerdere bars en pubs, discotheken en aansluiting op het openbaar vervoer. Naar de luchthaven Balice is het ongeveer 45 minuten rijden (circa 17 kilometer).Dit luxueuze hotel werd in het jaar 2005 gerenoveerd. Het heeft 4 verdiepingen met in totaal over 32 kamers, waarvan 8 eenpersoons-, 17 tweepersoons-, 6 driepersoonskamers en 1 suite. Het gebouw heeft een ontvangsthal met 24-uursreceptie en hotelkluis, geldwisselkantoor, lift en een café. De gasten beschikken tevens over diverse winkels, een bar en een van airconditioning voorzien à la carte restaurant met niet-rokergedeelte. Het hotel heeft bovendien een conferentieruimte en een openbare internetterminal. Auto's kunnen tegen betaling op de eigen parkeerplaats van het hotel worden geparkeerd. Hotel Ester is fantastic location and lovely staff

This hotel is a fantastic location. The rooms are lovely, ours overlooked the square. The reception staff are so helpful. Kate was great, gave us some really helpful information and suggested some great places to eat. They even booked our trips for us. The only downside is the breakfast. It could do with improving.

Stayed at Hotel Ester for 4 nights- 24th - 28th April. We had a room on the 3rd floor, it was spacious. The bed was comfortable and so overall accomodation was fine. The breakfast was continental with some hot items. Whilst it was same every day it was sufficient for a start to the day. The location of the hotel was very good with a 15-20 minute walk to the Old Town. Staff were very friendly. Can recommend Hotel Ester

Good points! Great location Comfortable beds Breakfast until 11am (not many places do this) Bad points Non friendly staff Hotel bar closes at 10pm Defo not a 4* Repetitive breakfast items (not nice either) Ok so this place is classed as a 4* not sure how to be honest as it’s not luxury. Breakfast is continental and I’m ok with that but it was the same items every day and they weren’t nice. Rooms are nice but a bit dated. Staff were not friendly and welcoming at all, I’m a person who always smiles and says hello and the staff never acknowledged us when we came into the reception area. The last morning for breakfast the waitress on shift and the receptionist were chatting, we were not acknowledged and they were laughing among themselves. We went to get breakfast items then the waitress came over and was abrupt on asking our room number. Just greet your guests correctly and be polite to them coming In and out the hotel.
