A nice stay

Conveniently located with shopping, pubs and restaurants nearby. Room pretty much an average room.....no AC, but windows operational. Dining area was roomy. It was quiet at night. Check in and out was easy and staff helpful.

Just got married but did not tell anyone. Room was perfect, Breakfast was amazing. The bar downstairs was lovely. The staff on reception were just adorable. We had a bar in front of the Hotel. a Pizza Place in view, The Crown pub in a 30 second walk, The lovely Sophia or Sophie who organized our coach trip with no trouble at all and organized our Hop on and Hop off bus Tour, and Hey please Please Can we say a Huge Thank you to the Blonde lass who was clearing plates at Breakfast on the Thursday of last week 11th of may who was just so polite and took real pride in her job and cleared our table with no trouble at all gosh we wish we could remember her name but This Young Lass is an asset to the Hotel itself. We got home, we rang the Hotel we said Thank you, God bless you all Xx

Great staff but expensive for the what you get.

The staff are wonderful, but staffing levels are not good in the bar, and it is a little over priced for what you get. We had booked a package for three in triple room but as it was a double and single, we needed an extra room for the third adult. This was just shy of £800 for five nights on top of what we had already paid. Now I don't mind paying the cost, but the room really was nothing more than you would get in a budget chain such as premier Inn. The shower leaked every time it was used which flooded the bathroom. We had to use the towel and they did bring us new towels as we requested, but left the soaking towels in the shower for 24 hours. When at reception we heard someone else with same issue so this must be a design flaw. We also had an issue with the toilet over flushing ( it ran continuously) but they sorted it out straight away. The restaurant was lovely, the one time we dined for dinner ( it is over priced for the quality and choice) but they did give my son a free bottle of prosecco and a candle on his pud for his 21st which was lovely. This is very central for Belfast, but there is a lot of choice of hotels. we will definitely come back to Belfast but may try somewhere else to stay.
