Good for Younger Guests, They Do Have Great Staff

Our son, in his early 30's, stayed here last year and thought it was pretty good. We're older and found the room small with very little space for storage. We were just ending a 3 week trip. If you want to stay here research the room you are getting carefully. I think everything on the 4th floor is crammed. That said, the staff was really helpful. They answered questions, stored luggage, made us a drink at the small bar. I'd give the staff a 5+. The location is good in central Amsterdam. You can walk to most museums and other areas of interest. Breakfast at the hotel is pricey, but they are a couple good places if you turn left out of the lobby and walk a block down the street.

The service of this hotel is perfect, when we where checking in the nice gentleman offert me and my friends a glass of champagne and even walked with me to the room. The room was very nice and very luxurious, we had a nice city view and the location was perfect!! (In the middle of the city centre). I will for sure go back to this hotel. Thanks to all the staff to make my stay so wonderfull

Perfect location, clean and comfortable

The location of the hotel is fantastic if, like us, you want to be close to the city centre. The staff were very welcoming on arrival. We arrived about half an hour early for check in, the staff checked if the room was ready yet (it wasn't quite) and so sat us down with complimentary glasses of cava. They then came and fetched us when the room was ready. A very nice welcome to the hotel. The room was clean and nicely decorated. As other reviews have said the room we had was small, but we planned to be out exploring every day so didn't mind. It was all very clean, good WiFi, a TV you can cast your netflix etc to if desired, and a very comfortable bed. Despite being in a central location the room wasn't noisy at all, we slept well. When we checked out we had several hours until our Eurostar train left, so we asked the staff on reception if we could leave our bags with them. They were happy to help and locked them away safely for us. I would definitely recommend.
